“I stopped by the Englewood Road (SH 776) store on 12/10/25 to get some info about U-Haul rentals, truck and flatbed tow. SAM was a complete font of knowledge and helpfulness. She had the correct answer for EVERY question, no matter how obscure, and gave me great advice. It calmed me down, and if you can make me feel calm, you're a magician! Anyway, she was pleasant and respectful. I did not check out the storage units, but the premises looks immaculate and is immaculate in the office area. THANK YOU, Ms. Sam! You rock! (Give her a raise!)”

“First of all I would like to start that I absolutely recommend this storage facility! We initially purchased a non-climate control storage unit, but then we realized that we needed a climate control storage unit. I gave them a call and spoke to Bob, who was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I explained my situation and he offered to just transfer me without an extra charge to a climate controlled unit. When I drove over there, Bob and I had the most amazing conversation and then he took me over to the unit, which I absolutely loved. Bob did the transfer within five minutes. I also love the fact that the place is a month-to-month rental, so there is no contracts. The facility is clean, and well kept, I feel very secure storing my things there. 100% recommend! Thank you Bob for the most wonderful customer service!”

“The Venice, Florida PODS team handled our delivery and pickup flawlessly—one pod dropped off, one pod picked up, right on schedule.
Everyone we worked with was friendly, on time, and easy to communicate with, which made the final stretch of a long move much less stressful. No issues at all with the local crew.
As with the Colorado side, there were a couple of moments navigating PODS corporate policies, but those were resolved with time and supervisor approval. Once sorted, everything went smoothly.
Big thanks to the Venice team for making the process simple and stress-free. I’d definitely use PODS again… even though I’m very much hoping I never move cross-country again.”
