“2022…I have had 2 Storage with PUBLIC STORAGE as I lived half in Costa Rica and the Manager, ALITA is so kind, generous and professional..while I was out of the country I asked if there was any possible way to leave my key with her so that when my cousin comes to VENICE if she needs to get something to send to me… she can go to the manager and get some help.. I can’t tell you how MUCH that gave me peace of mind being in another country and sometimes things happen and you need something out inside your storage.I HOPE MGMT knows how lucky they are..”
