Terrible service, they lied to my face about a problem to cover up the damages they caused. Kicked me out when I asked them to fix the damages they caused test riding my bike with a lose chain and blamed it on me. I called back and spoke to the general manager who couldn’t answer a simple question… they put me on hold and the owner answered and told me if I didn’t like the service, don’t come back or call a lawyer. Unprofessional behavior from all of them. The owner even tried to tell me the chain never left the sprocket and they are not responsible! How do you change a rear tire without taking the chain off the sprocket or loosening the chain itself. Now it’s my responsibility to get a new chain and sprocket. I paid $164 , lesson learned.

Awesome dealership! Ryan made the process smooth and seamless. Excellent customer service all around. My bike arrived as he said it would and was waiting for me outside. Can’t wait to buy more!! I would absolutely recommend this business.
