I recently visited Carroll GMC for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated by the team at Carroll GMC. The price with synthetic oil and a tire rotation was competitive and a tremendous value with the coupon offer I had.. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.

Hi I had a young lady name Kim Moore who was so outstanding and courtiers , very sweet and kind , and listen to my problem and worked it out for me , I couldn’t of ask for a better person to help me and to get every thing taken care , she went above and beyond in solved the problem that I had , thank u for being kind and generous to me , wish their were more like her, God bless you ms, k moore ???

I have been on the phone and in person with many dealers in Miami, Broward and palm beaches and I have to say this one was the best I've been too and spoken on the phone with. They were honest from the start and till the end. No hidden fee's, no hidden games, no bait and switch, no questioning your decisions, none of that heavy pressure other dealers put on you. Only the best and positive experiences here. They made me feel very comfortable and I felt very safe making this purchase. I drove 3 hours from Homestead and it was totally worth it! I would do it over and over again for the service, attention and honesty Erik, Shelby and Rae have given me. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and found me the right truck and payment I needed. The most important part "They worked with me, not against me", I left here feeling great about my decision. We will be back for my girlfriend to pick her up a new car and mother too. Thank you for the best car buying experience!!!!

Brought car in, Needed a catalytic converter$$$$ and plugs and wires, all totalling $2,888K Fixed and picked it up at the dealership after we got back from vacation. Seems to be running fine and dandy now.

After waiting 3 weeks to be able to service my GMC Yukon, (since they were supposedly very busy the same day of the service) they canceled me because several technicians were missing. They never called me to cancel and then they wanted to make me wait another week, which bothered me a lot because I was going on vacation and needed my car.They told me to go to another dealer that was from General Motors so that my warranty would cover the service and they LIED to me because after going to another dealer, (Jenkins Chevrolet), the warranty did not cover anything because the only thing covered by the warranty is with them explicitly and I had to pay unnecessary money having a guarantee that I paid extra when I bought my car. That is to say that if I move I lose the guarantee, which was never explained to me when I bought it. When I complained to them, they did not want to help me , they did not give me good customer service. They are lousy and very informal. I might never have to go back again. What a pity that they appreciate your business in that way, after spending more than 85,000 with them. The service that I paid was for $128 and they said they will make a claim for only $ 30.00 to be pending on acceptance.

I just wanted to say that my GMC Sierra has been serviced here since new 2021. Last week I was helped by Keith Gallichio In service department. He made sure I had the appointment I wanted and when I arrived I was out in a timely manner. Thanks for a great service Keith and Startling GMC.

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Just bought the car a few months ago and this is the only dealer near me. I'd rather pay the $69 at jiffy lube for my oil change. 4 kids waiting in the waiting area is not fun to wait for 2 hours with them all either (school break was not fun for them.)

Avoid this dealership at all costs! They have really gone downhill. My car sat in service for over 30 days and no one would answer or call us back and they left our car there until we got so frustrated we took it somewhere else. They falsified paperwork to make it look like their incompetent staff actually does their job when they do not! Only bring your car here if you want lies and lazy staff!

Most of these reviews are for the service center not the Collision Center. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the collision center, they are scam artists that will test your intelligence if they think you don’t know anything about cars. Zero communication skills. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I’m sure they would have many more bad reviews if most of their customers weren’t elderly.If you’re reading this, be sure to read their reviews on yelp and every other website with reviews, do t just read the google reviews. I wish I would’ve read before taking my vehicle here.Services: Painting

Wish I could give this place a zero star rating mainly for their collision center but for the service center as well. Someone wrecked my truck whom had progressive insurance so they recommended there. Once there they have not made one single phone call to keep me updated on if they received parts or had complications in the 3 months they had my truck let alone had answers to any questions when I showed up anyways. In 3 months the manager told me my truck will be done 3 separate time with dates which obviously did not happen. Once the truck was finally done I noticed the rim repair was a joke and had to be redone again, they drained my battery dead for the fourth time, got me two "new" tires ridge grapplers that were already a couple MM worn... They re-wired light bar cubes on my front bumper using blue wire slide clips that come loose over every bump in the road... so had to redo that. Original aftermarket headlight housings had expensive LED head lights in them. They replaced the headlight housing with projectors instead and refused to buy the right ones, also did not replace the 100$ LED headlight they misplaced. Once the truck was finally completed I get there to pick it up to find out they misplaced my truck key and had to have the Toyota dealership make a new one the following day.... Then to find out the rim that got repaired again was in even worse shape then it was before. So after all the bs and complaining they finally ordered me a new rim. I go to the service department to get the tire put on the new rim to find out the service department used the wrong socked on my lug nuts and stripped them all on that one wheel. So, if you have a choice just stay away from that place all together. Lack of communication throughout the whole process...

Brought my $90,000 2021 Yukon Denali in for a noise the vehicle was making. They told me that the Idler bracket needed to be replaced and good news is that the car is under warranty and will be replaced for free. Bad news is that the part is on back order and they did not know when they can get it in. Meanwhile you can't drive the vehicle. So our $90,000 American car has to sit there and we have to go back up north in less than a week. Well we called our dealership back home and they located us the part through several other dealerships. Part is only 45 dollars. We can overnight the part. We were very happy and told this to the this dealership and they said they couldn't do it like that. Has to go through the warranty process and has to wait till the back order Sends it. We can overnight it ourselves and pay for the parts and labor to get it fixed right away. What kind of sense does that make. We will overnight it and pay for it ourselves but that is no kind of customer service. Think twice before using this dealership. Think twice before buying a GMC. $90,000. I have a Toyota truck that I gave to my daughter. Truck has over 200,000 miles on it. Has never broke down. Only a fraction of the cost of my Denali and I've only had to do routine maintenance so far. Very sad.
