This is a great, affordable, easy to access storage facility. I have done business with them for years, and they have always been honest and accommodating to our families' needs. Pat, the lady in the office, is honestly the most wonderful, friendly, and helpful customer service manager in the world. Seriously.
I don't think they require any long-term contracts if you are more temporary.
They have inside units with air conditioning, outside units that cost less, and even parking places to store trailers or boats or vehicles.
The hallways are always clean, and so are the restrooms.
I have always felt safe there, with locked gates and security cameras that help keep out the riffraff.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a short-term term or long-term storage rental in Venice, Nokomis or Osprey.
