I stopped by the Englewood Road (SH 776) store on 12/10/25 to get some info about U-Haul rentals, truck and flatbed tow. SAM was a complete font of knowledge and helpfulness. She had the correct answer for EVERY question, no matter how obscure, and gave me great advice. It calmed me down, and if you can make me feel calm, you're a magician! Anyway, she was pleasant and respectful. I did not check out the storage units, but the premises looks immaculate and is immaculate in the office area. THANK YOU, Ms. Sam! You rock! (Give her a raise!)

Very nice place! Terri and Sam helped me out with everything I needed to know and she was extremely helpful. This is my first time getting a storage unit and my experience was better than I imagined thanks to their help.

StorQuest staff member Sam was very pleasant, helpful,and knowledgeable about company policies, paperwork, and available units. My Sign up and payment process was quick and efficient. Any and all questions I had were answered promptly and in detail. I felt comfortable and relaxed, Sams layed back vibe and indifference for which unit i chose was nice and unexpected. If the rest of StoreQuest staff is Anything like Sam Everyone Who walks through their doors will have a Wonderful Experience, and feel an obligation to share their individual experiences with the Masses. As am I.
