James and Rebecca are fantastic representatives of Synovus bank. James is very efficiently and friendly when handling any needs I need while Rebecca is always there if I have any issues that management needs to handle, as well as letting me know of any new programs Synovus has going on like credit cards, merchant services, payroll, everything they have to offer.

Elizabeth Danner did an outstanding job helping my wife and myself obtain a HELOC . We are new customers to Synovus and were driving by on a Thursday and stopped by , we had none of the necessary documents with us and she took our info and asked us for some more info and we closed two weeks later . I used to work at a bank up north and could have never done this that fast. I would recommend Elizabeth and her team at Synovus to friends and family !!

This location is great. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel like family. They do have a buzzer to let you in due to past mishaps but don't let that deter you. Great bank!

New customers beware!!! They do and will place unwarranted overdrafts on your account. They have done it to myself and my mother. Thankfully The Federal Reserve investigated and had our monies returned to us. The bank manager at Synovus has now informed us we have 10 days to find a new bank. I think they are poor sports. Since they can't steal from us, they're just going to get rid of us. One last thing, this is not a small one time problem. There is an ongoing Class Action Overdraft Settlement against Synovus. So this is a large problem.
