Store is very efficient and friendly. It deserves 5 stars; however, I can't read the tracking number's small font which they have no control over. But if no one says anything and barks up the ladder, nothing changes. The front-line of all corporations is "the front-line". If management is not asking, employees must be frustrated. Print this review, and please mail it to headquarters. We all do our part, letting the chips fall as they may.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION TO SHIP VALUABLE ITEMS!!! Family and I went to Disney this past week. My Son and I both built Light Sabers (Roughly 600$) after buying the premium cases and a couple crystals. We were unable to fit them on the plane so we trusted this UPS location to mail them back to Michigan for us. We paid 120$ to have them shipped. Mail came today and we received a 10x10 inch box with an XFinity Modem in it. NO LIGHTSABERS, Cases or Crystals. The label dimensions were correct, Box should have been almost 4 feet in length. How it wasnt caught is well beyond me, But I am highly upset with UPS as a whole. I will no longer trust them to ship anything of mine from here on out.

I made a return months ago for an item purchased from Amazon. The employee made me pay for a shipping box for my item.UPS drop off returns should be free per Amazon returns policy.

I recently sent a framed needlepoint, that meant a lot to our family, to my Mom. She received it unharmed. She said, "You could have put anything on top of it, and it wouldn't have broke, that's how well they packed it." I was elated.Thank you for taking care of our package!

Refused to accept an item that I need to return to Amazon that is supposed to be accepted for package-less drop at any UPS location. They insisted I had to pay for a box to ship the item back even though I have an email from Amazon proving that UPS was supposed to box the item up and send it back for me free of charge.

The ladies working there were very friendly and helpful when I stopped by to mail a return package. They greet you as soon as you walk in and take care of you right away. After taking care of my shipment, there was a high power flashlight on display that I was interested in but they didn't have any in stock and they referred me to their other store which had plenty and they actually had a cheaper price on it which was nice.

I can genuinely say that the hardworking employees that work at this location go over and above to take care of my needs. Not only do they problem solve for me, give me options to find the least expensive way to send packages, they genuinely care for me and we now have a really nice personal connection. I enjoy their kindness and humor. Just a reminder… as I have seen people choose to lash out at them due to their own sense of entitlement. Lead with understanding and know that sometimes people in the service industry are doing the best they can… because no one truly understands the demands on these workers except another service agent. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Appreciate everything you do, thanks for being our only and favorite UPS store!

Do NOT go here to make your Amazon returns. I guess I did NOT have Melissa. My usual UPS store in North Port never has any issues. In and out, scan the code, leave my items and they handle it. Yesterday, when I tried to do the same at this store, the lady was rude and talked to me like a bad child. She would NOT take my Amazon return "as is" without charging me extra for packaging. This was AFTER waiting in line nearly 10 minutes and yes, I am also reporting to Amazon!!

I work nearby and I am always pleased with the customer service I receive here. Melissa always helps me find the best way to ship my goods and helps me pick out the best packaging. This time of year is incredibly busy for anyone in the mail service and the whole staff always has a smile on their face and welcome me warmly. Thank you!!!

Major shout out to Melissa who helped me mail out an excessive amount of packaging. Melissa took her time to type out each address, double check the items, and the address with me. Melissa wore a smile under her mask and made me not feel rushed. We joked, we talked, and she did her job promptly. Melissa also saved me a trip to usps and added even more work to my pile of packages. Melissa, keep being the sunshine you are!
