i just don't understand why the people that work here have no clue with what UPS does. First they massively effed up my rushed shipment being sent to me in Japan back in July 2024 by erroneously filling the customs form. I ended up missing my item as it arrived a week later after being held up by customs in Tokyo with my misspelled name and inaccurate description of package contents. Then I still ended up paying Japanese duties on freaking used teeth retainers! Idiots! Wasted paying premium charge for the shipment, and a roundtrip bullet train ride to Tokyo. I asked for a refund on this wasted shipment, only to be told that UPS' shipment guarantee only applies domestically in the US. which is BS.
Then this week I called to ask a quote for shipping a prescription medication to Canada, and the fastest they can get it there is six days, and not even guaranteed?!?!? WTH?!?! So instead, I planned on driving up to Toronto so my mother can have her medication that she was direly running out. Thank goodness I checked with another UPS location in Venice first, because as it turned out they got that same Canadian shipment for a NEXT DAY delivery for the same price I was previously quoted, and on a weekend at that! Absolutely saved me 4 days of driving up North! Such a shame as this location is literally outside the gates of my community. Again, I'm done dealing with idiots at this store!

I had the best experience at the UPS store across the street. They found the correct paper work on line and printed the label for me. I had spent over an hour They researched it and had it done immediately

I brought a pkg in to have it sent back to Lands End. Inside the pkg was a two piece swimsuit; each piece priced separately. I assumed they would check it out after I left; apparently not. I received credit for just one piece. If you know anything about their product you know it is expensive. How can you rectify this?

The customer service at this location is excellent; as soon as you come into the facility someone says hello, can we help you. They are efficient and courteous.

I will go out of my way to come to this specific location for all my Amazon returns. They have the most organized return station. Love how spacious and clean this location is as well. Good job staff!

Sweetest people! I was rushing to make it before they closed and was stuck in traffic. I made it with seconds to spare and the staff were sweet enough to let me drop off the books. I so appreciated their kindness helping me. Great service!

Everytime I go in at this location Wellan Park/North Port, your employees are all so great at customer service. I wish the others could learn from these 3 girls, Melissa, Simone and Rosey. The world would be a better place.
