After AAA left my mom stranded on the side of the dark Interstate for almost 3 hours we found out that the company they said they dispatched didn't even have an order or a driver.We called Venice Wrecker on that company's recommendation and spoke with Suzanne. My mom works for the sheriff's department and she was very empathetic and immediately sent a truck driver out to help my mom. She didn't care about any of the details as far as billing or payment to AAA, she said she would take care of it & she was just concerned about my mom's well being.
