I brought my car in for repairs to the steering. Had to leave it there for three nights. During the time they had the vehicle the gas tank was siphoned dry. I wrote the General Manager and told him there was a problem. I told him the tank was about 3/4 full, but when I got it back the "needs gas" light was on, and I had to head for the closest gas station. I never received any kind of response. No, "I'm sorry you had a problem" or any other kind of response.

Work with Scott Foster for a 5 star experience. He goes above and beyond. He is hardworking, genuine and his integrity shines through. We had a great experience buying there because of him.

Just so horrible. Finance guy stormed off. What is it with dealers. Don't they know that they are dealing with people who are having such a hard time with payments. Hate buying cars Thought he was going to blow a gasket. Ah well. Won't come here unless I have to.

What a terrible customer service experience, so I had a phone conversation with Tad yesterday 4/9/22 explaining the situation I was in and them having the exact truck I needed proceded with trade in details of my MB CLS500 got an offer for it came to terms on their truck rented a trailer loaded the MB on said trailer(I explained to them fully the car was in what's called limp mode and inoperable hence the need for the trailer) drove trade in 2.5 hours down to Venice unloaded the trade and let it running while in their parking lot showing all was operable, while signing all of my paper work and already getting more than half way through counting out a fairly large sum of cash to finalize the deal, new license plate was issued already the car had a mechanical breakdown of the serpentine belt right in the parking lot. I proceeded to run downstairs and turn the vehicle off as to prevent further damage after returning to the business at hand which I though was to finalize our deal I was told by the dealership that they couldn't accept my trade "AT ALL" I think that's insane not a counter offer nothing but they did say hey you could still buy our truck, i understand that the mechanical failure was terrible timing but to make me waste tons of time and expenses driving over 5 hrs, I have already sold the trade I've spoke to my sales rep Ted( phenomenal sales rep btw) and he's trying to work me out a deal for the truck let's hope they can make things right and get me in their truck and get me to change my views of how dealership management handles customer service!

My significant other brought our Toyota Sienna in for its 100k mile maintenance and we asked for an estimate on how much it would cost. He wrote down all the wrong prices giving us an estimate of $200 more than what it should have been. He had a sheet with all the prices next to him on the counter and tried to say that those were old prices (they weren't old). If you end up going here make sure you add up all the prices yourself before service.

Worst service department ever!! First they said it would be done in a hour to an hour and a half. We came back after not hearing from them at an hour and forty min. They lied to us saying out car was already up on the lift for almost a half and hour when just 5 min ago we saw our van in the parking lot and watched them pull in and put it on the lift. We have a super rare bright blue 1996 Toyota previa it is the ONLY one within 100 miles and probably the only bright blue one within SW united states so we weren't confused by a similar car for sure. out of the lot and put it up on the lift just then! They John Wisman service advisor and service manager Mike Fletcher interrupt you on the phone over and over again and then when you try to get a word in the tell you to quit interrupting them, lol They hang up on you on the phone and talk down to you. When you tell them that your not happy with the service you received especially while waiting 4 hours for an oil change and paying $90(and this was after a 10% discount i submitted to them, lol) for this trouble they tell you that if you cant get full synthetic oil change anywhere else of 5w30 and not pay $89.00 for that oil change that they would like to know because they would go there themselves. So when I called Walmart and confirmed the much lower price of $45.00 then called them back they told me to \"Go there\" and \"GOOD LUCK!\" because TOYOTA VENICE SERCIVE DEPT wont work on my car anymore because I complained because they lied to us and treated up poorly. You would think that if you go to the Dealer you would get exceptional service EXCEPT that wasn't the case with VENICE TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT on 3/2/2022 actually quite the opposite. This all falls on the shoulders of Brian Allison General manager ,I've called him ,lets see if he returns my call.TOOK OVER FOUR HOURS TO GET CAR BACK !!!! FOR AN OIL CHANGE???!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Run away as fast a you can. Bought a preowned car there and they intentionally withheld carfax information. I lost over $2000 when I went to trade it in. The manager I spoke to is a wanna be wise guy. He and the salesman who sold it to me are thugs. Telephone tough guys. I'll walk rather then ever buy a car from them. They rip off a disabled senior citizen and then threaten you......

Made an appointment a week ahead of time for the service department. After getting $1000 brake job done on my Camry, the following week the Check Engine light came on. I came in for a diagnostic, wanting to see if the warning light had anything to do with the brakes. Checked the car in and sat in the waiting room. Eventually all that were waiting were taken care of, so I figured I was next. Waiting area filled up again, and now half of the new people were taken care of and left. I inquired at the service desk what was taking so long (should have been a 10 minute job - pop the hood, hook up the computer, get a code, look up the code. Inspect the area it found.) I was told there were waiting for the service manager. Watched my car for another 45 minutes with the hood up - no one working on it. After over 2 HOURS of waiting, I finally go the diagnosis of a PCV valve and hose problem. They did not have the part, but could get it if I would wait. For ANOTHER 2 hours? No way! I refused to get the work done and they charged me $85 diagnostic fee. I paid it and left. I won't be back.

Roman was our sales consultant and he made the process very smooth and simple. The sales manager Omar did everything he could to earn our business. The finance manager Casey was easy to work with and made us feel like we were getting a great value for the products we purchased to protect our new vehicle. Overall we had a fantastic experience with this dealership! We can't wait for them to deliver our new 4Runner to us when it arrives!

ZERO ZERO ZERO! I would give them a zero but 1 is the only option. Found this car online for my nephew and though, wow great deal! My nephew flew down to buy this car. They hit him with $3k+ in fees. None of these fees were discussed prior to him flying down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TGIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL!!!!!!!

7/24/21 - @Joanne Showalter - She never called me back even though I left messages with Amanda. It was more of the same - awful & unprofessional service. Don't think she will help resolve anything. Stay away from Sarasota, Lakeland, and Venice. Make the drive to Courtesy Toyota in Brandon - Czar and Randy will treat you with honesty and professionalism. Original Review Below: Lakeland, Sarasota, and Venice same owner beware. Do I Smell, perhaps, collusion? Something they won't tell you is that they share information. They can see their price quotes, the trade values they've given you, and then work to make the most money they can out of you. Michelle, who has been there some 20 years, told me, at first, our appraisal would be fair and pulled up the trucks specs on KBB and told us the estimate was 28k to 31. When I receive the buyers order the trade was only valued at 25,000. Michelle told me she could see what the other dealers (Venice and Sarasota) offered me and told me they offered me 27500 verbatim. She had the notes in her system and could see the details of my appraisal. Michelle told me that those dealers were not offering me real money and that Lakeland Toyota cannot overvalue my trade according to her manager. Michelle told me her sister stores could offer me whatever they wanted because they could not give me the truck that was coming to their dealership in Lakeland - a Lunar Rock CrewMax Tundra TRD PRO. Matt, sales manager from Venice, and the other sales manager from Sarasota both assured me that they're could get the truck that I was looking to buy. In fact both Venice and Sarasota wanted me to place a nonrefundable deposit. They both said the truck would come to them once I placed the non refundable deposit. Michelle was basically saying that these people were lying to me along with the other sales staff and lead generating people. So, is it a bait and switch? They hold your money for potentially months to tell you they can't get the exact truck but if you don't want to loose your deposit you have to purchase the truck they give you at whatever price and lower trade in value? All of these dealers can see each others quotes and can play the game to charge either a market adjustment, more fees (paint protection lol, document fee, or even devalue your trade.) I have never seen this level of poor, unprofessional, borderline unethical behavior in my opinion, all for a specialty truck. I'm no expert in collusion and I'm not saying that is what is happening here but as the saying goes if it smells like a duck, walks like a duck, could it possibly be an armadillo?
