The customer service at this store was great. Everyone was super helpful, especially Dennis the delivery driver!!! However, the phone system at the store is often busy with spotty service. Get a booster or a better provider!

Had gotten some dog food from the Venice Store that did not smell right. Called the manufacturer, and they said please return it to the Tractor Supply after I sent them all of the batch number info from the bag.Went into the store, did not have my receipt but they found the purchase on the loyalty rewards program. The manager there who we have seen there for a while, was awesome, no questions asked, she did a refund/exchange with no issues we appreciated that it was a manufacturers issue but they handled it seamlessly!

Finally found a Tractor Supply with chick's! ?? They're so cute. Store was well stocked and organized, and all the employees were nice?

Probably the worst service of any Tractor Supply store.I went in to buy a 50# bag of grass seed on a Saturday and although the website did not indicate that it was out of stock they didn't have any, but the associate that I spoke with told me that it was coming in Sunday and would be there even before the store opened. I went back after noon on Sunday and another associate told me that it had indeed come in but that he was not going to unwrap the pallet until Monday.

I have only shopped at this location a few times. Each time, everyone has been super helpful. I greatly appreciate the attention and dedication of the staff. We are in crazy times since Ian and it would be good if folks could remember that. A little kindness goes a LONG way. They are very kind at TS Venice.I had an exceptionally helpful gentleman deliver an order to me today. Normally I like to pick things up but these things were far too big for my vehicle. Dennis was not only super accomodating but he had an all-around great attitude. He wouldn't even let me help him unload the trailer. Not that he needed it, he was very efficient.I really appreciate the kind of service they provided me with since I placed the order yesterday and each time I have gone there. We are all dealing with challenges right now. Take the time to thank those who help us, and remember, they have their own challenges outside of work as well. Additionally, while it can be frustrating, everyone has had supply issues-even before Ian. Patience folks. Anyway--Thanks Again to TS Venice and to Dennis!

Called the store and a cashier answered with a great attitude ready to assist me with my issue. I showed up at the store around 12:15pm on 10/08/2022, and spoke with the manager about my return. They immediately contradicted the store policy and cashier questioning my return and directed me to wait while they read the companies policy in front of me, trying her best to find a way not accept my return. Eventually, I informed the manager I would go to another store if there was an issue. She told me this one time they'd allow my return even with a 30 day return policy.My credit card company directed me to call the merchant and find out why the charge hasnt gone through. Spoke with a cashier 10/11/2022, great attitude again, informing me returns are normally instant.

Disappointed that I was not able to get my propane tanks filled. Evidently corporate has a policy that if lightning is 10 miles or closer they cannot fill your tanks. Odd I used to fill propane tanks in Indiana and we never had a policy like that. We worked in rain, snow, ice and lightning.

What can I say… I wanted to buy an item. A lady in the store said it’s not available but I can order that online. I asked her to order it but she said I have to do it. At the end of the conversation she asked back maybe she can do it and actually I said if I really can do it I will do that.I made the order, and next day I just got a cancellation notification without any more info…Basically I’m not so sensitive but I’m a business owner too. I always try to support the local businesses but is seems I have to order more and more from eBay and Amazon because so much easier and I got what I would like. The communication is the key. If the item is available on the website why I can’t purchase that, and why I can’t order that? If it’s absolutely not available why is on the website?Doesn’t matter. There are a few other companies who handle the customers with more attention.Definitely I’ll get the response like other as I have to call the store for more info etc… thanks, that’s not the solution to find more excuses.

I go there to get horse feed and 1/2 the time they do not have it so I have to take 2nd choice and sometimes they do not have either one so I go home with nothing.
