Our tech Larry called ahead, showed up and was very personable with us. He was thorough in his work and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what he found. He also gave us some helpful tips on what we could do to keep our system functioning properly not only while we are in Florida but also when we leave for the summer. Great job!!

Lee from Tri County Air was extremely thorough servicing out HVAC equipment. Lee explained the current condition of the equipment, future needs going forward. Lee also took great pride in keeping the interior of the house work area clean. Added 2 UV lights and a new thermostat. 5 stars for me.

Kurt was able to quickly diagnose the issue and order the correct parts.

A tech named Lee has been servicing my AC. He is beyond amazing. I mean this guy is like a veritable wizard of HVAC. One time he even gave me some deer jerky from a deer he dispatched all by himself. I won't use anyone else except Tri County Air!
