I had a reservation for 11 am and 1.5 hours before pick up was told by customer service in Sarasota there were none available. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with U Haul. My daughter called around town and spoke to Sean. He was great, worked some magic and got us a trailer by 2pm. U Haul should work on there system I made a reservation that should mean I have a trailer but looks like your company does not feel the same, Very poor customer service from U Haul .Thanks to Sean at the Attic Self Storage my move was not a total disaster.

We were able to get a truck last minute. It was clean and easy to drive. Management was helpful and kind. Will definitely be renting from them from now on.

They were very easy to work with. I scheduled an online pickup, but they saved me the hassle of taking all the pictures and rigamarole, both on pickup and drop off. Thanks much guys!

After going to another U-Haul store I have to say that this is the best place to go rent a U-Haul Shawn is incredibly helpful with personalized service good rates and good equipment

Shawn was so nice and cared so much about our move. He was very helpful with making sure we had everything we needed. Our truck was very clean and he actually informed us that he went out last night to pick it up and spent the morning cleaning it himself to make sure we had the smoothest ride over. 10/10 recommend.
