very quick to get everyone done. went to the store down the street and it was a madhouse. came here and saw a similar line but this one was actually moving. robert is a great and efficiant worker and the vibe here is super

Fellow ups employee for multiple states and stores. Store was tidy, processing was quick, customer service from Robert was dismissive. As a fellow employee I understand firsthand what it takes to perform the job. However he could not be bothered, snarky undertone, no eye contact, and overall just seemed a little unhappy.
First and foremost, we represent the company . Just something to note and work on.

Susan Nicholson was extremely helpful and patient helping me to resolve my issue of getting a clean document emailed, printed, notarized, scanned, emailed and mailed! She went above and beyond as did her associate to help! I am consistently more than satisfied with UPS especially this location!

This is our favorite local UPS. My wife and I regularly go there for Amazon returns. The process is always easy and the reps are friendly. We just learned that the owner is a vet and it shows because the place is so well run and organized.

Such a helpful team, I had eight heavy boxes. They helped me bring them in from my car, smiled, and made the transaction an enjoyable experience. This UPS store is the one at Jacaranda Commons, not the other Venice Avenue store. Highly recommend.

The customer service I received at this UPS store was wonderful! I came in from out of town and needed to mail a package back home, and the man working there was so helpful and patient with me. He supplied me with everything I needed to ship the package, and I was in and out in no time. I wish my local store was this easy! The folks here are so friendly and accommodating.

Sign states they are open Sundays 10:00 to 3:00...not so much! We suggest you call ahead before making a trip!!
