Terrible customer service. The woman was rude and arrogant and argumentative at 9am. She needed an attitude adjustment. The prices were so high. I think I was overcharged and stupid me I paid. Also she berated another customer stating that tape does not fall from the sky and she pays for it. Do not go to this store. She needs to be reported to the BBB for terrible ownership.

Worst customer service ever. Walk in and don't even get greeted. Employee instant6says you got 3 minutes before we close. Then the other employee told me they can't process the returns because it's 3 boxes. That takes more than 3 minutes I guess. Won't be going back there.

Today we took back a rolling piano keyboard to be sent back. It was a large bos and a gentleman working there immediately came out to help my husband carry it into the store. They could not have been nicer. They made the return easy!

Walked in the store with two drop offs, and one package to ship out. The two woman working were rude not only to me, but to another customer as well. The store was not clean. For the package I was shipping out to an address I have shipped to before, I was told it was not in the system. When I said I know for a fact it's in there, I was immediately dismissed. I explained I work at an UPS store out of state and have shipped there multiple of times, and again I received a very rude response. Also, something else I found surprising is that they have an employee "Tip" jar on the front counter. It's worth driving a little further to another store!

I’m 87 my box was heavy one of the girls help me the guy working was rude he ask me for an id why?plus he did not know his job people came in no id was asked im going ups for photo prints over 15 years never an id never rude this store has a lot of bad reviews shame shame

WORST Customer service experience I have had at ANY establishment since moving to Venice 6 months ago -- and from the manager no less. If you have a return, DO NOT consider this location a viable option.

Stay away from this location. Attempted to mail package which was to be handed over to USPS and after days, the package has still not left the store. Excuse after excuse was given, little or no concern was noted . . . it’s FedEx from now on. Disgusting!

Bad experience. Was charged $7.34 for a 12x12x6 cardboard box. I paid this exorbitant price without hesitation and realized how much I was charged only as I walked out the door. I immediately went back to the counter and asked to return the box. I was told there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. I called the owner and left a message and got no response. Are you kidding me?

The gal at the desk was very rude. She jumped around helping three different people at one time, and when I asked which label matched which box she threw an attitude, I won’t be coming back to this UPS.

Charged me over $50.00 for next day delivery. Told me if it did not arrive on time the full amount would be refunded. Sent 7/27/23. Did not arrive till 8/1/23. I have called 4 times. I have been told check was being mailed to me. Last two times I checked they took my Information and said they would look into and call back. Never have and never received refund. Awful way to run a business.

I had a passport picture taken and the background in the picture was gray. The passport office requires a white background. I went back and had the picture retaken and the background was partially gray. I sent the picture in for a passport renewal and the picture was rejected. I got my money back. Each time my picture was taken it took about an hour for the employee to fuss with the machine and it still came out wrong. I don't know if your machinery is not capable of processing an acceptable picture or the employee was not properly trained on how to use it. It should not take that long to produce a picture and especially a picture that is not acceptable. I wasted two hours just standing around and still didn't get what I paid for.

The FIRST thing I saw when walking in was a tip jar on the counter.....A TIP JAR!!!?! Cashier asked ME to put package on the scale, typed address into computer, collected my money and THEY EXPECT a TIP on top of their hourly salary. Are u kidding? Stop exploiting the senior citizens!]address I was sending to and then took my money
