Rude and nasty people. USPS should pull their licence to represent usps. Don’t go there. I had a package not delivered and they basically told me “ too bad”. Horrible, nasty, filthy .

Rude, never willing to help you out when you want to ship a package, way more expensive to ship then other postal services in the area, do not take credit cards for anything under $5 and the store is quite dirty. Definitely do not have customer service skills to run a business like this.

This store is filthy. The male owner is not customer focused in any way. He actually yells at customers! He also refuses to accept USPS click-n-ship mail. They also frequently open their doors later than what is posted. I've given this store many chances but they really should not be in a customer-facing business. Unacceptable behavior.

Great Store and Great Post office. Was shipping some Christmas Cookies and they were so helpful. Helped me find a box , bubble wrap and even taped it up. Also noticed that I left the apartment number off of my address label. So glad this store is here in Venice. Two thumbs up!

If you want to support quite possibly the rudest people I’ve ever met go here. The lady was yelling at me for packing a box where all the customers were coming up to me apologizing for her offer to help me pack it faster so she would stop yelling at me. Everyone was in disbelief how a lady could be making a screaming fuss over a woman packing a box minding her own business. I believe if we as humans get smarter and stop supporting bussiness n people just because of what they do and start supporting businesses based on how they do it the world would be a much more kind and loving place for all.

Not surprised after my experience to see other reviews saying these people are rude. It’s a gross store and they could care less about being personable and helping. A smile goes a long way. Take your business elsewhere where you aren’t treated like trash

Beyond rude! The people behind the plastic shield are downright hostile. The whole place smells bad and is filthy dirty. USPS can't find a better sub-contractor than this???

Super rude - wrong folks running this business. The store looks like the cards have seen better days - most likely 5+ years old. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere even if it adds a little more drive for you.

It is an ancillary post office location. They had plenty of priority mailers and boxes in all sizes. That is what I needed. What I wanted was an actual stand alone post office. They also have other goodies. It’s the closest location to me with greeting cards, wrapping paper, souvenirs and gift bags.

Since when can you buy individual stamps at a post office? Even if it is an ancillary post office? The people in here have the personality of a snail and the environment of one also! The place is filthy, the glass shelves as you walk in the door haven't been dusted in years with coffee rings on top of them. It's totally gross including the front door which also hasn't been washed in a very long time! So I'm not sure what the purpose of this so-called post office is. 13.60 for a bunch of stamps that I may use in my lifetime but probably not just to mail a birthday card! I see now why the post office is losing money and probably will become obsolete. You're better off going to a packing ship or UPS store. And now I understand why those are so popular. If I acted that way at my job I wouldn't be there! What is wrong with people?
