McKayla was phenomenal. I got waxed for literally the first time ever and I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable in my own skin with no judgement. 10/10 would recommend. I consider the pricing to be extremely manageable and fair given the luxurious feel of the salon and the care and guidance through my service. I will be going back regularly.

I came in at Wednesday at around 11 for a haircut with the stylist Galyna. It was one of the best haircuts I have ever received. She was so welcoming and kind and The front desk was very welcoming aswell. my only complaint is that I didn’t see an option to tip on card and I had no cash with me which made me feel horrible, other than that I love this place and will be back :))))

Premium customer service and the staff makes you feel so welcomed as you walk through the door! My stylist May provides such care and great service in cutting, color. This salon is awesome and I travel from Englewood to come here.

Cynthia is fabulous! Love what she’s done with my short-hair. Color, lowlights, perfect cut and personality plus-winning! This was my third visit and through each appointment we tweaked it a little here and a little there until it was truly what I’d been dreaming of as the perfect cut and color. She’s laidback, funny and genuine.

Customer beware!!! I called before my appointment for a full brown coloring, told the receptionist that I currently had blonde highlights and was quoted at approximately $100 for services. She said it could increase if my hair was exceptionally long, such as the length of my entire back. My hair falls just below my shoulders so she said that shouldn’t be a problem. After having my hair colored, I went to check out and was charged $326. After expressing the complete shock of the price they removed $40. They said they were charging me “for a color correction not a full color“ in which they charge $25 per ounce of product. Of course, I was in complete and utter shock, considering that was never discussed before services. So $286 to dye my hair brown was still astronomically higher than I was quoted. So beware you will pay a lot more than you expect when you go here.
