Took a tour with Brandon who did an excellent job explaining amenities as well as floor plan options. When I called to follow-up TJ was quick to put a smile on my face over the phone! Both did an amazing job during my application process.

I recently moved into Venice Park Apartments. Brandon was and is my leasing agent. He has been more than helpful with any questions or concerns I have. Whenever I have a question or a complaint, Brandon takes the time to sit down with me and sincerely listen to my concerns.
I really have only a couple of complaints, one is my next door neighbor never brings in her trash. This not only unsightly when I have friends over but also attracts flies that get in my apartment when I open my door. The second, my window are caked with a film of dirt that makes it difficult to enjoy my view of the lake. Brandon did take note of this and said they are looking for a glass cleaning company.
Other than that, the apartment is great!

Over priced. They don't fix anything. Has Rats mold and unsafe for children.

Went to Venice park apartments for a tour had the pleasure of meeting TJ and would recommend anyone to go take a visit and make sure you ask for TJ and only TJ loved him to pieces great person.
