My old dryer ran but stopped heating. Went to Venice Used Appliances and purchased a used dryer. When it arrived, it also didn't heat. He said in transport sometimes that happens and was prepared to make it right. He took both dryers back saying he'd bring another. However, when he tested both dryers back at the shop, both worked! He also found mine had a faulty shut off valve and for the cost of the part he'd fix to which I agreed. In the meantime the electrician came back out and found the old electrical box was the culprit. My old dryer was returned a couple days later after the part was fixed and the difference of the purchase/repair and delivery was refunded. The owner and staff were super nice, efficient, and concerned that I was taken care of. I'd recommend these people to everyone.

When our 15 year old "high tech" clothes dryer stopped working and parts were no longer available we considered buying a used dryer. When we visited Venice Used Appliances we decided that was the place to find what would work for us. Linda was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Jerry, the owner, and Paul "the Appliance Guy" showed us a W&D combo that got our attention and we decided the set would work well. Jerry and Paul made the delivery, connected and tested the W&D on site and hauled away our old W&D. Their attention to customer service is excellent and we are very happy with the "almost" new W&D. We highly recommend Venice Used Appliances.

Jerry was very professional, nice, and quick! My husband and I bought a brand new washer and dryer set from him for a steal and he even loaded it onto the trailer for us! Can't recommend this place enough.

I was buying a washing machine for my daughter and I called Venice used appliances by their reviews and everything people said are true l with a gentleman over the phone, Jerry and he was very very helpful with schedules and timeframe. He offered to do everything over the phone sent me photos of the two machines I was interested in gave me a good price is going to deliver it and take out the old one and hook up the new one I can’t Say enough nice things about how easy it was to buy this washer for my daughter. Thank you again to Venice used appliances. I will definitely spread the word and if I ever need an appliance I would go there myself

Stopped in to get an oven to replace ours that stopped working. Gerry was very helpful finding a replacement. He was able to deliver and haul the old one off the next day! We will definitely use them again in the future. Great local business

I had a very nice experience when I bought a washing machine from Nancy’s. First, I was greeted when I walked in and she was so friendly and helpful. My washer was delivered by one of their delivery guys named Paul who was prompt and sent a text before arrival. After removing the broken washer, he was so patient and told me to take my time while I cleaned the area where the washer would be placed. Paul hooked up the washer, ran it through a quick cycle to be sure of no leaks and that it was operating properly. Super nice guy!I highly recommend Nancy’s used appliances and ask for Paul to deliver or repair. They really care about customer satisfaction.

My wife and I were looking for a washer and dryer set for our new house since just moving to the area.The entire staff, Linda, Owner Jerry, Paul and their delivery driver Carlton were absolutely amazing. Linda showed me several sets that were available and we found the perfect one for us. They had it delivered the next day after purchase. I would like to thank them all for such an amazing experience. We saved over $1200 by going with them and now have a great washer and dryer. I highly recommend taking the time to go in and meet them as it can save time and money. Great first experience with this company and we will be back for other needs.
