On vacation with our daughter from college and her phone stopped charging and she’s back to school tomorrow. Stopped in at 6:30 and Ryan was super helpful. He upgraded her phone and then noticed an easy change to our plan that saves us over $20 a month. Even though we don’t live here, highly recommend the store and the service! May come back next year for my upgrade! Thanks!!

stopped in looking for help with my bill, Ryan not only helped me with that he helped me set up my face ID, reset my password to my icloud and verizon app, he showed me how to save them in my notes securely, and he set up my verizon app with face ID making it so much easier to use he’s amazing

I escorted an elderly woman to the Verizon store on Jacaranda to help her get a new phone. Justin Sentell worked with us for the entire length of time it took to get her old phone, which didn’t work, to a new phone which did. She was very concerned about getting everything off her own phone onto her new phone and questioned it several times. Justin was extremely patient and polite. He was obviously an expert in what needed to be done and what resources were needed to connect with to make it happen most efficiently. I highly recommend this store and Justin. It is my store for Verizon services, and has been for some time. I will certainly be back if I ever have questions or need service for my phone.

Beverly was an absolute joy to work with. She took her time explaining the new features of the iPhone 15. She was very kind and patient with someone who was not tech savvy. I give her a 10 out of 10. Great employee and person.

Ryan was beyond helpful (and patient!) helping me turn a not-so-great situation into a good one. I had sadly broken my phone the prior evening, but was eligible for an upgrade. He patiently waited as I stumbled through the verification process and retrieved passwords. He took the time to educate me on my new products and their warranties. I, too, work in customer service; it can be trying at times. I very much appreciate the extra care that I was given today!

Beverly was great. While waiting for new phone info transfer a woman came into the store and needed help getting into her broken phone. She was a bully from the first word that came out of her mouth. Beverly handled herself professionally even though this woman was saying hateful things to Beverly.
I am a repeat customer and have been coming for years because of their knowledge and being so helpful. I will continue to come.
