Buy a tire online pay for it then they tell you that tore is not there. Ask for the same tire, they have it but you have to pay for it again. The little person at the counter refuses to give you your order. Cancel the first order, paid for the second tire and they refuse to return your money. Bait n switch then steal?

Tire change, told we needed new TPMS for each wheel. $130 or so. Turns out the tire mechanics didn't first check to make certain the TPMS could be connected. They cannot! Never will return to them. Stephanie took the order. Terrible!!

If you go to Walmart auto in Venice, be sure to ask for Robert to do the work on your car. That guy is great. He goes out of his way to make sure that things are done right. I’ve had a few mishaps with someone else giving me the wrong tire size to order, and the service manager is a little distracted to help me resolve questions , but Robert makes up for it. He immediately noticed the wrong tire size that was ordered. He immediately noticed that one of my tires was low just by looking at it, and he got me all set up and ready for the road. I felt like I could trust leaving my car with him, and that it would be done right.This Walmart has a few outstanding employees. One of them is Robert another one is the pharmacy who gave me my shingles shot. I will do a review later on her when I know her name.I don’t go into the store very often, as I usually do delivery, but it was a good shopping experience today in the store especially with Robert in auto

They don't take appointments and take hours to perform the most basic of services. I've paid for lifetime rotating and balancing but it's useless because every time I show up I can't get my car worked on in a reasonable time frame.Service: Tires

S trail store in Venice is a fucking joke. They don't answer phones and automotive closed at 3:45. The last year is a testament to your downfall. Product stocking and service sucks.Bought a tire on line and can't even schedule installation.I'm giving Target a chance to earn my$500-$800 per month business.AMF Walmart!!!!!!!!!!!

I called in the morning, and there were 6 cars ahead of me. By the time I git there at 2 pm I was the only one ever there. Got my oil changed while I had a coffee at the Dunkin and did a little shopping. It was a great experience.

When I needed them in a tight spot, Ed & Steve provided over and above customer service!However, as is often the case, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the whole basket.Some of their techs need to see the repair of customers property, as if it were their own.Carelessness can lead to excessive expenses for all. Reading all the terrible reviews...smh.

Great speedy service! I highly recommend getting there at least half hour before automotive section opens. Go inside the main building and go into automotive and wait beat the crowd because there's always one to beat.

Good job putting tire's on the rim but they didn't relocate my tires in the computer on My car.so when it says low pressure on tire in the front I have check all tires to find the right one

I have been here several times for tire repair or replacement. I am actually not going to go here in the future because you can tell that the work culture among the employees is analogous to quiet quitting. The employees are extremely slow and show now desire to get you in and out in any reasonable amount of time. It took from 8am until 4pm to replace one tire that was already off the truck

Every time I go to this auto center they always tell me they don’t have time to change my cars oil. I come well before they close and every time it’s a different story. It’s literally just this Walmart , I’ve been to other Walmart closer to closing and they always take my car in. Not to add the employees are always grumpy and rude and don’t want to help they just want to finish early and go home

Dropped our car off and when they realized they would have to loosen two bolts and move a protective bar to get the oil filter off, they declined the job. Thought that’s what mechanics do. They waited half an hour to call us back to pick up our car. Won’t be taking any of our vehicles there again, for any reason! What terrible service!
