Incapable of answering the phone for a basic question. Do you have a certain medication in stock? On hold for 15 minutes 2X with no response and disconnected. Not a good look.

My therapist actually strongly recommended changing pharmacy because of the constant aggravation. They've disrespected my several times and being the man I am I always chose to let it slide and look past it but I cannot any longer. I've been told that due to the stress they've caused me it is actually bad for my health to keep putting myself in this situation EVERY month when I try to get my refills. We can start with the fact that I am currently waiting on a refill for my anxiety medication which they told me would be filled today by 2pm. I called this morning to confirm because I must take a bus almost 2 hours to get there. I went to pharmacy for my prescription. They hadn't even filled it yet but on top of that she goes "let me see if we have it". WHAT. You told me twice now that it'd be filled now she's saying they didn't even check to see if they had the medication in stock. This added to the way they talked to me caused another anxiety attack. I told the pharmacist DZ that I was told I could have a seizure by not taking this medication. I couldn't believe it but the ignorant guy started laughing at me. This is the 3rd time I've been laughed at by the staff and it disgusts me. They told me 20 minutes and I have been waiting over an hour. . They act like it's a joke. I told Dz that I was going to write a review and talk to ethics and he said "Good for your, that won't do anything and laughed again. I don't understand understand what problem this guy has with me but it is no longer acceptable. More to follow I didnt even get to half of ut. Do not go to this pharmacy if you have problems dealing with stress or ignorant mean people. Thank You i hope i save someone the pain i am going through

I suggest using Walgreens. I got to the counter, and they had not filled my two sons prescriptions due to needing insurance information. Amoxycillin is not that expensive of a drug. But after spending 10 minutes getting the girl everything she needed, she failed to tell me they were closing up. She turned to the pharmacist, and he was like well I was done 10 minutes ago. So now I have to wait until the morning to start my boys on antibiotics for Strep. Wonderful lack of customer service and communication.

I just started using this pharmacy this year after using Walgreens, CVS, and other pharmacies this year. This Walmart pharmacy is one of the worst-run, most inefficient I’ve ever experienced. Prescriptions refills not ready on the date/time they were supposed to be ready, pharmacy staff walking around staring at shelves while line of people waiting kept getting longer, etc. This location really needs an audit/oversight conducted.I’m stuck with Walmart pharmacy for this year, but come open enrollment, I’m ditching this mess.

I just have to say how wonderful the whole pharmacy staff was. Especially Chloe, she went above and beyond! My husband just got out of the hospital and I needed to wait for his prescriptions. He was supposed to be waiting in the car and instead here he comes shuffling into the store. Well Chloe heard me asking him why he was walking without any assistance because he’s a fall risk. Next thing I know here she comes with a scooter for my husband to use while we were in the store. How sweet was that?There were a lot of new faces there and I have to say they all worked great together as a team. I hope Walmart realizes what great assets they have there.Thank you again for everything!Terri C.

They were fast, worked with me despite how late I got to the pharmacy, and got me my husband’s medications so quickly. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to get them. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. After an absolutely awful week and just finally bringing my poor husband home, I cried with relief at the pharmacy staff’s kindness. Big thanks to them all.

Worst day ever for customer service for prescriptions. Literally have been back here three times and I still can’t figure out how to get me a prescription without paying $200.They are supposed to call you when it’s ready and they don’t even call you Someone needs to do something about the customer service it’s horrible

Prescription was going to be mailed. Kept getting auto call that scrip was ready at the pharmacy. Called to make sure it was still being mailed. Fourth time I called asked if I should just come and pick it up. Pharmacy associate said no it was packaged for mail. Two days after that guess what was picked up for me at the pharmacy? The prescription! Not packed for mail. Don’t offer delivery Walmart pharmacy.
