Just wanted to say how I was treated by Michael. He was very upbeat positive helped me out when I brought my truck in and I appreciate the guys willingness to do whatever he had to do to be a blessing to me.

I gave it a fair shot and each time my car still looked the same. It does not clean and yesterday my last time, the employee was hanging in my window and mad because I refused to do the monthly. My LAST VISIT And you cant speak to a live person and they never return your call after leaving a VM> use local owned, lesson learned.

While the staff were pleasant, the experience was not. One of the brushes got caught on my lightbar and tore it clean off. Water then rushed into my truck for the rest of the wash. Upon telling management, I was told "oh yea sometimes that can happen". I've been through several car washes and this has NEVER happened. They refunded me the membership I had bought prior to going through the wash, plus refunded the $10 wash itself but said they can't do anything about a light bar. What was supposed to be a $10 wash become a $350 expense. The wiring for my light bar was torn as well.

Fun kind of car wash, enter through shark teeth, it's Venice, right. A fairly long washing, rinsing, drying tunnelDid a good job, and then around to the vacuuming stations. You can vacuum, clean the windows, and rub the vehicle down. A very well thought out car wash.

Beware, dishonest business practices! My wife and I went to this location on 2/5/24 for a ONE time $10.00 basic car wash and was told if I paid .70 cents more I could get a free wash for the rest of the month. Paid $10.70 and one month later was charged $26.74 on my credit card for a monthly membership. NEVER once did the attendant say I was signing up for a membership or mention the word "membership". I will never use this company again!

I had been washing both my vehicles there for months as soon as they opened. Howeverthe car wash ripped out the antenna on my Ford truck and left a huge hole in it.manager said to get some repair quotes which I did and a week later they refused to help pay for the repair. I wasn't expecting the whole amount but maybe half way, since i know antennas are not covered but a hole in my truck should be. I would not support this place because of this.

The best car wash around with everything you need to clean the inside too. And Emma was super helpful. I had some trouble figuring out how to clean the mats and she took the time to help. Thanks Emma! Highly recommend.

I went back because the drivers side of the car the wheels and rims were still very dirty.They would not make it right, using the excuse that it was the water that they use. So...how could the rest of the car be clean if that was the case. They wouldn't give me another wash saying I needed to pay for another wash since I didn't purchase a membership. Very upset and disappointed in their customer service. Especially since I'm a senior citizen and on a limited income.
