This branch has close to ZERO interest in accommodating my desire to deposit $20,000 into a new checking account, in spite of my excellent history with WF paying off my mortgage and having a WG Visa account.

One of the worst banks in the US. As a victim of hurricane Ian, WF only caused more problems. Refusing to endorse our insurance check only to want to require us to sign the check over to them. They wanted manage our repairs and hold our money. No thank you, paid off the mortgage and will never have one again.

Had a $15 overdraft I didn't know about and instead of first alerting me about it in which case I would have just paid it they just closed my account and reported me to collections and EWS. Guy on the phone said they don't alert you if it's a small balance owed only large ones. That makes no sense. Worst company I've ever done business with. So glad I moved to Chase, just wish I had closed my Wells Fargo account as soon as I switched.

I overheard one of the agents talking about the costumers today, saying " a lot of poor people are coming into toda." With a very sarcastic tone. Hes very rude and the last time I was in he couldn't even figure out how set up my mobile banking for Google. It's very disheartening to be slandered as I walk into a place where I choose to do business and I'm strongly thinking about taking my business elsewhere. You think they would hire people who actually like their jobs. His name is jason hes shirt with dreadlocks.

Never bank here, first of all they charge you for everything; than they put you on a restricted account. You’ll have to deposit before you cash a check and when you call the costumer service line; they just tell you the same thing the branches do. Will never bank here again.

I tried to open a simple checking account. The manager was terribly condescending as I was told once that an escrow account check was fake. I was then told they were unsure whether it was fake after I messaged my realtor. The agent Jason was very polite. However, the manager was very unprofessional. She grilled me as to where and why I have the check. She proceeded to tell me that I would have to explain to her every future check to be deposited. Walked out without an account. I will not explain my financial situation with a bank manager every time I want to deposit money into my account. That is completely ridiculous.

I'm not a Wells Fargo customer, but Bridget and Sara make it a pleasure to do business there. They're professional, polite, and funny.
