I recently purchased a trailer and boat from this store. The service was excellent! The manager Theresa helped advise me tjhrough the purchase process. Joe Stern provided invaluable assistance with the rather daunting assembly of the trailer. I recommend West Marine Venice without reservation.

Only giving them a three because of one employee who was actually helpful. I first encountered what I assume was the store manager and she was useless. Most help i received was isle 4 but we don't have much. She was correct at least. More interested in directing her staff than providing customer service.
