I originally left a review detailing my experience, but instead of addressing the issue or offering a resolution, this business chose to block me from responding. They added a reply to my review, yet never took any responsibility for the damage or the poor service I received. The fact that they go to such lengths to silence dissatisfied customers rather than make things right says everything you need to know about how they operate. If a business truly cared about its customers, it would address concerns, not block and ignore them. Stay away from this place—terrible service, zero accountability.

Two months ago, I had an incident with my truck at your car wash and spoke with the manager, Sherif, who assured me that the company would take care of the situation. However, to this day, I have not received any calls or updates regarding the matter.
I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but I have yet to receive a response. At this point, there has been more than enough time to assess the damages and resolve the issue accordingly. It is concerning that a business of this size does not prioritize situations caused by its own services.
Given the lack of communication and resolution, I will need to escalate this matter to corporate to seek a proper solution. I hope this issue will be addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

I noticed that the business responded to my review, but instead of addressing the issue or taking responsibility for the damage, they simply blocked me from replying. The fact that they avoid accountability and prevent customers from sharing their experiences speaks volumes. Stay away from this place, terrible store and customer services.

Don't know what's going on there I've been in there 50 to 100 + times ( because it's convenient location) there will be a line 6 + deep associates all over ONLY ONE CASHIER trying to keep up it's becoming a inconvenience to stop by ive been to hundreds of 7/11 ( worked for a vendor) throughout the state it's a nice store but this needs to be addressed I'm sure others feel the same this is what franchise stores lack long time customers expect quality from 7/11 thanks

So I swing by 711 at least 3 times a week. Last night I go in to purchase a nicotine product. I have my ID , I ask for a price on a 4 pack , instead of the usual 2 pack that I get. The I D scanner gives them trouble all the time, I'm patient . Bur this time the girl can't get it to work so she asks her manager/co- worker to help. This person proceeds to tell me that she can't give me the price on what I might want to buy. That I have to actually buy it to find out
Then tries to belittle me by saying that I should know that bcs I always come in there. Now I'm pretty sure that you don't have to buy something to find out the price,but hey who am I to argue. So I say find I will just buy them , hopefully there's enough on my card. I slide the thing I'm buying down onto the glass counter. And she's takes that as I'm throwing them down . Honestly I'm the nicest guy in the world and this person was reachin for an interaction that wasn't going to happen with me.So I said thank you very much and bought them and left. Btw I will never be back. And I spend a decent amount of money at this store. Oh well.

Gas pumps are the slowest and there has been no fluid in containers to wash windows all week. Carwash is also a rip off doesn’t rinse passenger side and the dryer does nothing after multiple attempts I am done coming here.

I’ve been here several times. And I’ve really tried to like this place. But every visit seems to be a disappointment. My last two visits there’s no receipt paper at the pump. And then I have to wait in line.

Clerks are sub-par, don't buy food here <---Chicken, taquitos & burgers all hours past "enjoy by" time, or cold. Various experiences with poor food etiquette. Will say store is usually clean though.
