Tax business submitted tax information incorrectly and is refusing responsibility for the penalty of $668. Stating that after 2 weeks of the money being in my account they made a mistake and I am responsible for it. Upon questioning owner stated that it was money that I shouldn’t have gotten. However, I did get it. Business owner stated “at least he owned up to the mistake”.They are wonderful at tax preparation. However, they don’t take responsibility for what they owe. Please be advised. Legal counsel is being contacted at this time.That is very unprofessional.

When it comes to taxes, it pays to have someone who knows what they're doing handle it for you. I'm getting a generous unexpected refund. It's about equal to what I was expecting to pay. I've used A-1 Tax Service for a couple years now and will continue to do so. Tammy is outstanding and goes above and beyond for customer service.

An incompetent and small-time bungler. If you want some who can make mistakes, and lots of them, someone who is ignorant of the basics of the Tax Code and if you desire to have mis-filed returns, late fees and penalties combined with surly customer service in a dingy one-woman shop, you have found your resource. This "Tax Service" will get you the penalties you have been waiting for you!
