I went in to bundle home and auto insurance. The agent got both for me at a great rate. He never notified me that I would need to get a new inspection but took my money. Two months later, I got a notice that I needed an inspection of my policies would be cancelled. I attempted to contact my agent, and he never responded to any of my attempts. I called another office and got a different agent. She told me that I did need the inspection and recommended someone for me to get it from. I got the inspection and sent it to the new agent. She confirmed receipt and said she would submit it to AAA. Two months later, I got a refund check in the mail notifying me that both of my policies, even the auto insurance that didn't need an inspection, were cancelled. I immediately contacted the new agent as well as the former agent and got no one. I spoke to the supervisor of the Vero Beach branch who confirmed that both policies had been cancelled without notifying me that underwriting did not accept the inspection I submitted to the second agent. The supervisor also notified me that the second agent did not work for AAA anymore. AAA refused to do anything for me to get my policies back in good standing and did not acknowledge their failure to notify me after I submitted the inspection that it would not be accepted. I received no correspondence via email, phone, or mail after my email from the second agent saying she was submitting the inspection and that everything looked good. This was the worst experience I have ever had with insurance companies, and I would never recommend AAA to anyone.

Met with one of their agents about getting auto insurance. Extremely helpful knowledgeable and attentive. I now have my insurance there and I really saved a bundle. Glad I am a member.

Beware AAA sells you on having 24 hour roadside assistance yet does not have tow truck contracted during those hours. They have one driver for the area he is only available 7a-630pm. Ive called the 800 number and asked for a manager to call me twice now. The first time after 40 minutes on hold was promised someone would call me back within 2 business days (3 weeks no call). 5). The second time after 30 minutes on hold agent says shes going transfer me to a supervisor after 15 minutes comes back and says supervisor doesn’t agree with me so she wont speak with me.

Somewhat cheaper insurance, but extra for your kids and not for anyone else in your vehicle.The prices rise without your knowledge nor do they have a reason for it.

Transferring to AAA Vero Beach from out of state and had horrible in office experience. The person in the office told us to come back another day because there was a new office app problem. We returned another day, tried to get it sorted, she was rude. When I asked if she was still having app problem she acted like she never said that. Then she said, after some rude exchanges that she had sorted it. Back at home I tried to long on and she had given me wrong membership number and other incorrect info. I had to call AAA 800 number and the phone person was wonderful and sorted it all out quickly and politely and apologized for the person in the office. I've had AAA for years, great for road side emergencies. I would avoid going into or working with this Vero Beach office. They don't know how, or can't be bothered, to sort out any issues.

Called to schedule an appointment for a cruise or guided tour in Asia. Rose, who is apparently the cruise queen, asked when we wanted to travel or cruise. Told her January 2024. She told me that I was being funny and that travel was getting more crowded and mist ships are sold out already. I said we would be open to anywhere in Asia ( Thailand or Viet Nam or China ). She again said that I was being funny. What the heck??? With employees like Rose, it's no wonder that AAA Vero Beach has poorer ratings than standard travel agencies. I guess customer service passed Rose by at some point. Maybe it actually never caught her. Absolutely the worst.

Ended up being 26 hours before Steven from Mike's towing came to save the day. He was amazing,but AAA is pathetic.

I went there to obtain more or less. At the last moment, an International driving permit. Terry was cordial and very efficient. And it went a lot faster than I expected to plus the new office is very reassuring.

AAA very poor service, whoever takes the calls/online responses for roadside assistance. Deplorable system!... I made the call for roadside assistance at 4:47 pm, automated response said click on link texted to me; link msg said assistance would arrive at 6:17, got an update later saying it would be now at 6:49 pm which came and went, no tow truck. Its now 7:15 pm. My son and I are now both calling AAA, finally got a person, who called towing company and said to wait another 90 min! Called the towing company who said they only got the call from AAA less than 10 min ago! And this is almost 3 hrs after my first call.To be clear, we called the toll free numbers. The Vero Beach office was closed at that time.

So disappointed. Called at 6:37a, they were supposed to arrive by 8:55a. At 9:46a I call for an update & was informed that my order was cancelled. No one called to see if I was okay, they just cancelled it. Now, I have to wait for the new order to process. ?? 4hours!
