I have been a customer of this ABC location for 11 years. Customer service has always been very good and they have stellar wine selections. Unfortunately, today I witnessed a manager speak to one of his employees in such a rude manner that I was embarrassed and felt awful for her. I do not know the employee's name; she has been there for a while and has always been so kind and attentive to the customers. The store was busy, and I was in line waiting my turn for a register. There were three men (one was the manager named Nick) chatting amongst themselves at the square booth at the inner end of the register line. This cashier happened to look down to write something down very quickly. Nick yelled down the line at her and said Hey...are you open?! She quickly said yes, he yells out in front everyone "be more attentive to your customers!" It was so rude and very unprofessional. She looked like her eyes were going to water. I was enraged and called the store immediately from my car, but I was told by the person who answered the phone that Nick was the highest rank there at the time. I didn't feel like it would do any good to speak to him about his personal lack of managerial professionalism, so I am writing this review. If you have an issue with an employee, speak in private, do not degrade them in front of the customers and fellow employees. Have some class and respect for others Nick.

This review is based on the customer service experience I received.
I was unable to visit the store in person due to the fact that I live outside the state.
I called and spoke to a young woman by the name of Whitney.
I asked Whitney could she make a basket for Father’s Day, she said she could.
She instructed me in making my purchase online and that she would create the basket with the items I bought, once she received the order.
We communicated with each other from the time of purchase to when she finished with the basket. Whitney was very helpful and reassuring! She truly went above and beyond my expectations and service in which she provided me!
They don’t deliver, but that was okay, Whitney and ABC FW&S really came through for me!
Thank you Whitney, he loved it!

Well it helps when you're 20 mi away and you're looking for a specific expensive liqueur and no business wants to answer the phone anymore. I'm certainly not going to go somewhere on a whim when I know exactly where I can obtain this item only driving 10 miles further.... Real good for business..

Lackluster customer service, 0 interest in the customer.
I tried to return something a while ago but had optioned out of a receipt. They don't take returns without receipt, although they ask you if you need a receipt or not.
And since they are out of gift cards you can only replace for another item at that day same price or less.
The store representative don't care about any of that.
Make sure they bag your items properly, they through some smaller items in the same bag with the big bottles and a wine bottle I had just purchased broke.
At least a 10% discount would have helped, considering that their poor bagging was part of the problem.
According to the store manager they won't help you out.
The store close to fresh market is 10x better, although I will try to purchase my alcoholic beverages moving on from a company that actually cares about its customers.

Do not work at this specific store ...Nicolas Siefert is a terrible manager and lier. Doesn't respect people, lies to your face. There's better liquor stores in Vero to go buy...

Whenever one purchases a case of liquor it seems to be impossible to get the original box, so the bottles never fit right and consequently the box does not store properly. Staff rolls theirs eyes when you ask for and unopened box.

Always very helpful when needed. They even fill my order over the phone so all inhave to do is show up pay and leave. 5/5 for customer service and cleanliness
