“I am giving this review on behalf of my company Retrofit Building Technology. This is a very nice HOA. Easy to work with when it comes to window replacement and window/door lanai enclosure. We have done a few projects in this community. They are one of the most helpful HOAs we have been working with. 10 out of 10.”

“I lived at Walker Woods for 5 years. The manager was consistently kind and helpful as well as the maintenance employees. The complex is well maintained and clean. Anytime I had a maintenance request, they completed it very quickly. I only moved because I had to move out of state. I highly recommend Walker Woods. Great place to live!”
