Jeff at Ashley furniture in Vero has been amazing from start to finish on my purchase. I cannot say enough, what a pleasant experience.. even with the hiccup of not matching sofa legs, he contacted customer service. They reached out to me within 15 minutes. My order is on its way. I cannot say enough about the prompt response. The professionalism you don’t see it often and I’m super grateful. Thank you.

Take heed.Premium delivery is a joke.The furniture was assembled in my home. Missing nuts and bolts and wobbly. They did send an entire new set up the following week. Only they shorted part of the delivery. Was rescheduled for the next Monday. No call no show. They expect you to take an entire day off work for their shoddy work.I requested the remaining piece be delivered to the store. I would pick it up. Another fail.Premium delivery is a joke. Ashley stores are a fail.We bought entire living room set from rooms to go.That experience was spot on. I strongly encourage you to miss Ashley and find your dreams with a different retailer

Ashley's was the third store that I want to for a Lazy Boy. I should have started with them and saved the running! No pressure while looking around and all questions were answered. Thank you Ms Gardiner for taking care of me. Sitting in my new chair to write this review.

this is been the worse experience of my life, is a place where u buy , 0 returns accepted as if you were buying staff from distribution sales places, I was told that I had 3 days for returns. nope. they don't do returns,, and after u paid is worse than car dealers no body wants to help every body transfers to someone else. and u only hear I'm sorry. is corporate that changed the Rules,, DON'T BUY FROM ASHLEY,, BAD PEOPLE DO DEAL WITH AFTER YOU PAID, LOTS OF LOVE TILL THEY GET YOUR MONEY....

We wanted to purchase a piece of furniture but weren't allowed because we wanted to pick it up ourselves instead of paying a delivery fee. We have always picked up our own furniture from local area furniture stores. ( over 30 yrs) Rooms to Go and Badcocks. We will never step foot in Ashley's again! Major disappointment!

We needed a new sofa and oversized chair for our family room. We had purchased a leather couch and loveseat from Rooms to Go four years ago and both were falling apart. We learned too late that the “genuine leather “ furniture we had paid an outrageous price for was, in actuality “ bonded leather.” No wonder it fell apart. So, aside from the decision not to ever buy anything else from RTG, we decided to try Ashley Furniture and again, buy locally. Upon arriving at the local Ashley Store, we were very impressed with the lack of “hovering “ used by our salesman, Daron Miller. He introduced himself and said he’d be happy to answer any questions we might have and then left us alone to shop. Big difference from Rooms to Go. Their salespeople descended upon us like locusts and never left our sides for the duration of our visit. Needless to say, we prefer to shop at Ashley Furniture. No hassle - really! We found three collections that we were interested in and asked Daron some questions about upkeep, durability, etc. We were looking for a microfiber material, due primarily to the fact that my daughter and son-in-law had purchased a microfiber sectional for Ashley in Ft Lauderdale and were very pleased with it. The exact collection we chose was not on the showroom floor in the color we preferred, but it would be available in a few days. That evening, Daron emailed me a message with photos of the three collections we had picked out with prices. Three days later he notified us that the collection we wanted in the color we picked out had been delivered to the store early. So, we decided to go back to the store and close the deal. This was one of the easiest furniture purchases I’ve ever made. This happened because Daron and his partner Desi both knew their product line and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Plus, they’re both genuinely good people who are more interested in making the customer happy than making a buck! We may not need more furniture in the near future, but when we do, Ashley Furniture will be our first choice.

Stackable beds were ordered and delivered, and all the screws were not screwed in one of the beds. The railing was also not installed on the other bed. I emailed the sales associate who handled the order almost 2 weeks ago about the issues and included pictures, but I still have not received a response. I and my mom have also tried the store with no answer. Don't tell people to contact you if you're having issues, and when they do, you don't respond.

Be warned if you ever have to have something repaired! Been waiting for almost 7 months now for a power supply. Couch stopped working in Nov. 22, within the 1yr warranty period, called they came out and inspected it on 11/8, found the problem. Didn't place the 'repair' order until December, ETA of Feb'23.... called in Feb and I was told, nope it's 3 mo waiting period once order was placed (which was Dec), call back in March. Called back in March, oops, delayed until May. Eta May 24 for repair, we received a single part did not hear from them, and it seemed like the wrong part. Called May 25, find out that we need a second part....no ETA....on the phone with them right now and still no ETA. What a cluster.Do not recommend buying.

I bought a bunk bed and paid extra for the warranty. The bed was short 4 bolts I asked them to send them. Almost a year later no bolts I call the store. They send people to put the bolts in. They were supposed to switch out the bed. The guys left I came back in town after being gone to realize I have bolts sticking out of the stairs going to the 2nd bunk. And the stairs aren't even attached to the bed. I'm assuming Ashley is looking for a law suit because this is crazy how they left the bed. This is a hazard 100%. Bolts sticking out of the stairs haha.
