I was able to get an appointment very quickly for a toothache . Other area dentist could not get me in for over week. Everyone was very nice and put me at ease.

I was a new patient there yesterday. I was taken to X-rays by a young man in black scrubs who never identified himself but told me the X-rays were free. A dental assistant then looked at the X-rays and told me that sometime in the future I should have a"deep cleaning" but that my teeth looked good except for the tiny chip that I had originally come in for and that he could just go ahead and fill that with composite the next time I could come in. The receptionist then scheduled me for today for the filling.I received a message today to call them and was told that without a deep cleaning they would not fill the chip and that I had two infected teeth that required a deep cleaning and antibiotics. What? That was not at all what the dentist told me yesterday. Plus I would have to come in again in three months time to make sure the antibiotics had worked?I will never go back and I question the ethics of this practice.

My temporary cap fell off on a Friday night. My dentist was not available over the weekend. With a exposed nerve it was painful. Aspen had the first and only appointment the next morning at 8:30 am.I had a good experience. Did not have to wait, and staff was friendly.

What an amazing experience! Last night, my tooth chipped and by this evening, one would never know there was an issue. Perfect service! From the happy greeting when I walked in the door, the friendly x-ray tech, both the hygienist and Doctor were so kindly professional. The billing department talked thru everything on what will be done next. I’m actually looking forward to going back to the Dentist office! Highly recommend.Get this!… If you travel and have an issue the data is in file so all the other Aspen Dental has to do is look up your records to help you out. Perfect for anyone who travels or lives somewhere else in the USA.
