Amazing overall experience at this AT&T location! Spencer patiently and professionally helped us with 5 business phone upgrades. He took the time to give us different options and suggestions. He also made the process smooth and enjoyable.

I had a problem with my iPhone and I went to AT&T on 9th street . I was greeted warmly when I walked in the store by Malcolm . He took care of my problem and was also helping other customers . He does a great job multitasking . Malcolm goes out of his way to help all customers .

Bought my phone back in October. Phone is great and so is the service there. Anytime I need help on a billing issue they are always willing to resolve a problem.

I had recently went to T-Mobile I traded my phone in for the Samsung S24 and then my friend Peyton who works at ATT and he said to come in and talk to Malcom who is the store manager he said that he could get me back in to the iPhone he was amazing his staff was awsome he was very very helpful did everything he could to get me into the iPhone and low and behold and he does it with the help of Peyton I highly recommend going there

My initial visit was fine, the manager was helpful and answered my questions. When I went back to pick up the phone I ordered, I purchased a case and a screen protector that has a "life time warranty" with free replacement if it breaks. The associate gave me the wrong size case, human error I get it. I went back to get the correct case and felt rushed by the associate. Not even a week later the screen protector broke, I went back for my free replacement. Come to find out I was misinformed and it is $10 and change to replace the screen protector. I told the associate I was told it was free replacement, he said no it wasn't. Apologized for the error and told me multiple times that I needed to pay for the replacement, he didn't even try to get it waived or come up with a solution to waive the fee. Instead pushed that I pay for it. If I knew that I wouldn't have spend the $45 on the screen protector.

We are please with everything so far since we made the switch.. the fiber internet is amazing!! However we were quoted a price over the phone and a little less than the quoted when we went in to switch.. then the bill came out for November already and the price is not even close it's like 100 + more dollars than what was said our bill would be with internet and 5 phones

we traded in an iphone for the new one and caitlin was the one that helped us. she was great and the whole thing was fast and easy! we were in an out of there in less than an hour.

Pricing continually changed throughout the time I was there, they quoted me for the wrong phone which would have cost me triple. Was told they didn’t have the phone in stock and that I’d have to come back in a few days, waited an hour while they set up my account and never was told they have to run my credit. The only reason I was told was because I have a security freeze on my account.Was offered a trade in value for my phone or $880 but in order to get it I have to sign up for monthly installments on a new phone, can’t do it in one transaction. Was told to get the credit and use the installments, I have to run my credit. I told them I would like to just keep my phone o have now, they insisted they have to run my credit regardless.Waste of time and poor communication.

Helped a family member who needed some billing issues explained to them. Only complaint is that they couldn't print off copies of the bill due to a broken printer!
