Ahron politely assisted me after having just lost my dear mother a few days ago and while I’m still an emotional wreck. Kept a smile on his face, calm and was quite professional. Seemed overly qualified in assisting me with his technical skills and thorough knowledge on setting my mothers phone up for me. He definitely needs a shout out!! Thank you Ahron.

Was pleasantly surprised by these 2 young people that? Were? Working the store this evening answered all my questions got me up and going with a new phone very. Efficient and patient. Would highly recommend AT&T miracle mile store to anyone?

My experience in the store was amazing, Daniela was able to help me all the way through upgrading my plan, explaining on detail every change that this plan comes with and the price was just perfect, daniela was so pleasant and kind for answering every question i had, thank you for your service, i will suggest for sure to come by!!!

I came to this location because the first store I went to was new and the help desk couldn’t recognize their store number when trying to set up my account. The other store notated the account I was coming off of to try and make the process easier. Upon arriving to this store, the associate (Dani) was not personable and borderline rude. She did not verify any of the account details when setting up my plan. She signed me up for the wrong plan, which was $35 more per month than originally discussed at the first location (that’s a lot of money when you’re a single mom). I take partial responsibility as I didn’t ask. However, it’s her job to verify these kinds of things. There was another customer in the store looking for some help regarding his bill/refund of a cancelled plan. She told him she couldn’t help him and he had to call the 800 number. At which point he told her he had already done that and they had told him to go into a store. She then told him he had to go to a corporate store and they couldn’t help him. Have you ever tried googling an AT&T corporate store? It doesn’t distinguish a difference between the stores that are corporate and not. Luckily, another associate came from the back and was able to give him all the information he was looking for. Do better.

I got a new iphone this week and Frank and Kristina were both super helpful. Frank provided the incorrect delivery date for my order, which was a little annoying, but it got there a few days later, so no big deal. Kristina (or maybe her name was Krista) was super helpful on thursday when i came in to pick up the phone and set it up. She was even multitasking helping another (super annoying) customer out at the same time and kept her cool the whole time. I don’t love the process of getting a new phone, but it was a good experience over all.

Today KB helped me purchase an iPhone 14 pro and transfer everything from my old iPhone to the new. He was so patient and answered all my questions. While working with me, he was also helping other people and did a fantastic job. Give this man a raise- he is not only kind and helpful, but extremely knowledgeable.

Called me for a job interview wanting to do a video interview but would not give me what location of the store which I needed to know because I wanted to know if I'm going to be driving too far out of my way and I wanted to make sure this person is who they say they are refuse to let me know what store so needless to say I did not care to do the interview and when you do interview with video they have the right to have that video and do whatever they want with it no thank you
