Terrible customer service. Went to buy a phone and they kept pushing to make me buy a phone i didn’t want and whole time tried to get me to switch my plan. And the ac did not work in the store! Two girls in the store were too busy watching TikTok’s and annoyed that I walked in from the beginning!

Incredible Staff @ The AT&t store #1015210 US Hwy 1Vero Beach, fl 32967Each time I've been in the store I've watched Maddie and both other employees that were with her on separate occasions assisting customers with professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Not only did they assist who they were with they greeted others and addresses their needs while working with a client. I've really never seen such amazing customer service with such positive attitudes.Congratulations on fantastic employees

With this being the closest AT&T store near me, I've had the great fortune of meeting the employees who work there and have been very helpful with any questions that I do have, when it comes to technology and phones I'm very inept. I have been fortunate to meet Spencer Murray as an employee for AT&T. He has gone beyond the call of duty to help me, and is always gracious. I'm 85 years old and feel so lucky to have met him.

I ordered an iPhone 14 from the store in October 2022, but changed the color selection a half hour later and instead ordered the correct color. The first order was nonetheless delivered to the store, I did not take the phone, and the store said they would return it. The right color phone arrived and I paid for it and picked it up. I later received information that the returned phone had not been received in the warehouse. I returned to the store and was told they had a new manager and he would return it. There were then two new managers. Now the phone is lost but the store will not take responsibility even though the salesman involved confirm I never took the phone. AT&T corporate is issuing threats to damage my credit rating if I do not pay for a phone I never had. My only guess is that someone in the store stole it leaving me with a mess

I went to purchase an iPhone screen protector- the sales guy showed me one that was not exactly what I wanted- finally found the one I needed I asked him to put it on - asked if he could do it properly. He said he had worked at many stores so yes. He proceeded to fiddle with it, try numerous times to place it correctly then gave up, saying the product was “defective”. Of course, that was the last one on the shelf so he offered me the first one I didn’t want so I left. The guy was clueless.

Best experience I have ever had at an ATT store! My Galaxy S8 was taking forever to charge, and not holding the charge for long. I stopped by this ATT store and had the pleasure of meeting Maddie, who informed me I could switch my old S8 in for a S22 at no charge (except taxes). Maddie is extremely tech savvy, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and laid back. Maddie knew the answers to all my questions and took the time to show me several things about my phone. Maddie is an absolute gem and I hope ATT values and rewards outstanding employees like Maddie!

Needed new phone and ended up purchasing a iPhone 12 Pro Max. The representatives at this particular store were very patient and helpful during the selection process as well as the setup and giving me pointers on how this new phone works (vs. my only four year old model). I'm in my mid-60's and not tech oriented but Alex and Diego were patient and helped advice me. I had a positive experience and do recommend AT&T and this store. Thank you.

I called for my girlfriend aunt. Twice her phone went out they would not send a technician out they wanted me to bring the parts in!!! THAT'S BAD, BAD, BUSINESS!???
