Let me just say I had enuff of Publix Pharmacy took almost 5 hours to fill 1 prescription so I switched over to Bailey’s pharmacy and used them jun 21 I was in my dr at 1030 am he called Bailey’s for 1 prescription by 11.30 am it was ready . New customer and very happy told my parents about Bailey’s now there going to be using Bailey’s also . One very happy customer here.

Let me drop this right here.... Baileys Pharmacy in Vero Beach, FL is soooooo awesome. The overall professionalism on the telephone and my personal visit in the store was great. If you are looking for a place to have your back go check them out

Best decision we EVER made was to change ALL of our presciptions to BAILEY'S and leave walgreens!!! Thank you to Bailey's for ALWAYS being prompt and efficient with ALL of our prescriptions. Cynthia Cave and Richard Marburger.

After I took my husband home following a stay at a rest care facility, he was sent a wheelchair by that facility from Bailey's Pharmacy -- which, incidentally, he never used. On February 15, 2022, my husband passed away. I received several bills, and I called ****** Pharmacy about them, as I was told the bills would be paid by ******************* Blue Shield. They told me the bills accounted for the amount not covered by BCBS. In same conversation, they apparently did not know if the chair was a rental, or if my husband owned it. I was at the time diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. I am still receiving intense chemotherapy.I paid the bills, and since my husband was dead, the wheelchair was not needed, and ****** Pharmacy sent someone to pick it up. I thought this was the end of the story.But ****** Pharmacy sent me another bill. I called them, no one was available; I left an angry message to their answering machine, letting them know that, should they send that bill again, I would contact the BBB. This was around April of 2022. I stopped hearing from them until today, September 12, 2022, when they sent me another bill -- due by September 26, 2022. As mentioned, the wheelchair is no longer in my possession and has not been for about 6 months.I called ****** Pharmacy (Bailey's Medical Equipment and Supplies is on their bills) the day I received that last bill (9/12/22) and let them know that I would contact the BBB, which I am doing now, immediately after my conversation with them.Thank you for your kind attention. I hope you can help and straighten this company into honesty.************************** for my deceased husband *********************** P.S. Best pharmacy EVER! I JUST FOUND THEM after having to call over 25 pharmacies that would not order my medicine. They not only ordered but thdelivered them the pharmacist Casey was a delight to work with unlike my old pharmacy . I'm glad I found them

The staff is great. I never run into any problems. They are much faster than any other pharmacy I've been to.
