We have been a Banfield patient for a few years now. The staff is great, the vet n techs always take time to explain different treatment plans or address any questions immediately. I also highly recommend their optimum wellness plan!!!! U will not regret it!!!

Always caring and professional people from clinicians to trainers and customer service

I had no problems with the vet or staff for routine exams and shots for my dog. They do try to push their Wellness plans when there and with phone calls but just ignore the offer.
