Not sure who the lady is who yells in the lobby but it was ridiculous. I made an appointment and unfortunately was late and she announced to the entire lobby my business and what I was waiting on. What happened to "personal" banking? I got up and walked out. I would rather wait on hold for hours than deal with someone yelling my business across the lobby. Not only was I embarrassed but I was disgusted. I'm a nurse, if I did that to someone I would be fired. She treated me like a piece a dirt. Never again will I walk in that office.

Manager Martha and the the Teller couldn't have been more helpful. As the only Manager on Duty, Martha still found a way to be helpful learning how to go digital on the BAC App. A bit of a challenge, but she worked me through it.

Well, as long as you make an appt. they are great. Otherwise, you are shamed for not making one. This must be a recently new policy.

I had problems with charges made to our debit card and they were able to help me through the issues in less than one hour. I appreciated Charisse's help! I had first tried calling the bank on Miracle Mile, but had no luck getting help over the phone. The location on 58th/20th answered the phone on the first try, greeted me at the door and knew what my problem was. So my day went from feeling awful to feeling looked after. Thank you again. beth

Sometimes use this atm to drop off checks. I like it's convenience and ability to drive right up to it and also that there is rarely a wait. I had stopped using it for awhile because the screen had an awful glare and the touch screen was really off but it looks as though they have serviced this issue.

It is rare for me to leave a bad review but when someone earns it I feel responsible to share my experience. I waited in a line about 8 people deep with 2 tellers working on a Friday. No problem with this, lines happen. But...when it was finally my turn I learned that 'Nope, can't deposit cash in an account not your own.' Huh??? I have an account with Bank of America, multiple accounts in fact. The manager stood there with her annoying smirk and said this was a government regulation. Sorry, it's NOT a government regulation but something at your own discretion to accept or decline. A bank that won't accept cash....this was a new one for me. It was only a $1,000 gift not my WASPY self trying to money launder or whatever reason she implied. I wish I had gotten her name before leaving dumbfounded.

The manager of the bank is great. very friendly and accomodating. always remembers me and makes you feel important as a customer.
