Absolutely the WORST bank of America branch I have ever been in. Horrible customer service. Counter staff is decent. Management or whomever has their own cubicles is dreadful. I’ve been in 3 times and will probably close all of my accounts because of this one branch.

I had a positive customer experience in this office. My question was resolved professionally and politely by David Ortiz. And I didn't wait too long in a queue.

I love this branch. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. And can I just say that DAVID helped me today... and he was amazing. The king of customer service... that smile, that attitude... wow! A trophy and bonus to that young gentleman please.

I this is my second text in 30 minutes. I need to finish. Kings Highway what is that? How about 58th or 20th? Nobody knows Kings Highway. And there’s no drive-through correct your webpage William you’ve gotten sarcastic comments about leaving it up. If you don’t want customers calling the bank, get an automated message it says might as well hang up. We don’t answer the phone here. there’s just so guys at corporate think we do.

I used the Bank of America app on my phone to schedule an appointment with a notary at this Vero Beach branch. I had some forms that needed to be notarized and this is a service advertised at this branch for account holders. My appointment was scheduled to meet with "John" at 10:30 on a Monday morning. I arrived on time and was greeted inside and led to his office with no waiting. He was very professional and obviously took care to verify my identity and complete my forms correctly while paying attention to the details. This experience is what 5-star ratings are for. Thanks! We plan to use this branch for future banking needs.

After having a terrible experience at the Miracle Mile location I decided that I would try a different location. The branch manager, Sharisse, went above and beyond to help my sister and I with a difficult situation. She personally called us to follow-up and keep us informed with what was happening with the process to close our dad's account after his passing.

Not sure who the lady is who yells in the lobby but it was ridiculous. I made an appointment and unfortunately was late and she announced to the entire lobby my business and what I was waiting on. What happened to "personal" banking? I got up and walked out. I would rather wait on hold for hours than deal with someone yelling my business across the lobby. Not only was I embarrassed but I was disgusted. I'm a nurse, if I did that to someone I would be fired. She treated me like a piece a dirt. Never again will I walk in that office.

Went in to cash a check, told couldn't because I needed to have the funds in my account to cover it. The manager was female hair pulled back on her head so tight I believe it was cutting off oxygenShe was really controling and rude. I'm sure this branch is hurting financially and I know why!

Manager Martha and the the Teller couldn't have been more helpful. As the only Manager on Duty, Martha still found a way to be helpful learning how to go digital on the BAC App. A bit of a challenge, but she worked me through it.

This bank will screw you up. We spent hours there and at another BA, preparing for an 86 year old lady's move to Madrid Spain. after the first time, nothing worked, credit card or debit or login. Another trip to the Vero office, same thing, this time the card worked until she move to Madrid and then they froze her accounts causing all kinds of horror and grief. When trying to straighten it out, they knew and know nothing about all that time we spent working with the bank to make this go smoothly. She still can't access her own money!
