I had got notified that my order was ready to pick up and they say stop in and see ANY ASSOCIATE to pick up order. Why I'm being told I have to see the cashier to pick up my order when the line long as hell. Any other time i have done a pick up order I don't even have to speak to the cashier about any pickups they can pull it up on the tablet and grab it from the back, just pure laziness!

Really friendly staff we always walk out with some new goodies the staff is super understanding and helpful we recently bought a item on clearance and didn’t realize until we got home it had a little damage my husband called the store and they were so kind and said they can swap it out which was unexpected but so awesome they did that they made us feel really valued as a customer even if we got something just on clearance
