Haven’t been able to use a wired charger on this phone for like half a year and finally decided to get it checked out expecting a whole big situation having to order parts and stuff, but i went in, they cleaned it and it worked and i left only spending 10$ and wired chargers working perfectly, thank you so much!

I ordered a rechargeable battery for a flashlight that they sell and 1 year and 2 months I had to get my money back on that battery . The manager assured me it was on back order every time I went in there to check on it !Terrible service from this store would never recommend go to Amazon

I brought my iPhone 11 in for a screen that would not respond. They could have easily charged me for a new screen, but reseating the screen worked and only cost $20. I was extremely pleased.Well it seems I needed a new screen after all. Brought the phone back in and Adrianna had the screen replaced within 45 minutes. Great job

Can not be more unhappy with this place. Went in to program a key fob to my truck. I had already purchased the fob on amazon but they said they could program for me. They charged me $90 per fob (I had two of them so a total of $180) and after about 30 minutes they say they can not program them. They told me initially it would not be under warranty as I purchased the fobs myself, I did not think that meant that after spending 30 minutes to figure out they could not program my fobs they would still charge me full price for both fobs! At least they could have tried one key fob first and if that did not work told me then and only charge for the one attempt instead of charging me to program two key fobs!

I regret to express my complete dissatisfaction with the experience I recently encountered at Batteries + for a screen repair. I believe it is my responsibility to provide an honest review of my unfortunate visit.Firstly, I must address the exorbitant prices charged for the services rendered. I found the pricing structure to be significantly higher compared to other similar establishments, and the value received did not justify the premium cost.Moreover, during my visit, I encountered instances of what I can only describe as discriminatory behavior. The staff seemed to display favoritism, treating certain clients differently based on unknown criteria. This blatant lack of equal treatment was not only disheartening but also wholly unprofessional.Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of Batteries + was far from professional. I observed a lack of cohesion among the team, leading to a disorganized and chaotic environment. It was evident that communication breakdowns were frequent, and this directly impacted the quality of service provided.Regrettably, the unprofessionalism extended to the manner in which issues were handled. When I expressed my concerns to the management, they appeared dismissive and unwilling to address the valid grievances I had raised. Instead of empathetic problem-solving, I felt my concerns were met with indifference.In conclusion, it is my sincere hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the establishment to reevaluate their practices and strive for the excellence that discerning customers expect and deserve.
