Came to return a gift that didn’t fit my grandmother; I didn’t have the receipt, but the shirt had the tag. The employee insisted that I needed the receipt and that returns required me to have a membership account with the retailer. Never in my life had I been asked to jump through such hoops in order to return an item, with the tags!! Did she think I stole it? She then tried to give me $1.20 in credit… I looked her dead in the eye and said I could literally sell it for more outside the store to a stranger. After a back and forth she eventually conceded and gave me the credit for the price that was on the tag. I will NEVER shop at this store again.

Parking and in store traffic was a breeze. Check out was easy. Pricing was good and selection was hit or miss but they have a variety of items.
