Short hours! LOSERS. Closes at 7:00 p.m., and opens horribly late! Too late for morning shoppers who DON'T want to suffer from the brutal summer heat/sun. This is the one closest to I-95; 5+ miles WEST of the mall.

The smell in the place was a little off putting. The other stores in the outlet did not give the same oder. They appear to be fully stocked and the employees were very friendly and about customer service. Sue at check out was very pushy when I decided not to do a survey at the end. I felt the survey was optional and then we stated my voice would not be heard. I typically do not do a survey unless it is good so that I can give them a benefit of the doubt and do it another time. Additionally I feel the survey is optional so I do not understand the pressure to do one and to be lectured afterwards to do it. I can only guess the employees are pressured to get customers to complete one. Based on smell and my interaction with Sue (who was still very nice and trying her best to give good customer service) I will not be returning. She also put a lot of pressure for providing a phone number and signing up for the rewards. I probably just mistook her intentions but felt not so great after our interaction.There are some cheap deals inside so it should not put you off from checking it out. I do not anticipate anyone else having a less than positive experience while shopping there.

It's worth the drive to go to the Vero outlets to this Bealls outlet. So much better than the new one in Port St Lucie which is a disappointment deals at items are a lot better at the Vero location
