I bought my Godson a computer for Christmas...and bought the 2 yr protection plan that covers accidents as well. His screen broke. I brought it in, and from somewhere, a tiny bug crawled out from the crevice where the screen attaches.NO WAY were they going to service the computer unless it was professionally cleaned.I went to Jensen Beach Best Buy and told them what happened and they laughed. And promptly honored the service contract...even offering to mail it back to me after service.The manager at Vero is a lazy worthless jersey who just doesn't want anyone in his store or he "might have to actually work". It's worth the 30 min drive South on US 1 to go to the Jensen Beach store if you need anything!! They have a great manager and employees!

Geek squad is a complete joke. Almost 4 weeks without a washer and not only was this so called “tech” rude, lack of empathy he wasted our time! Came on 11/30 didn’t order parts until 12/2 then comes out today and it needs another part and he could not even give us an estimate of how long! This guy must need some training in diagnosing problems and customer service training as well. I will never use geek squad again! Also, get a better avenue to submit feedback, the phone number is useless.

While I found what i was looking for, i did not appreciate the older woman who proceeded to grab my arm and tug me to the checkout counter like it was some kind of order for me to do so, but she was very nice otherwise. for future reference, do not touch customers as they might have bad anxiety like myself, and all will be well. have a good night.

They get a 4 rating because they are a smaller store. Since they are a smaller store, they don't normally have high-end computer equipment in stock. I mainly use this store for online order pickups.The staff is always friendly and professional. Willing to help in any way you need.

While the staff at the Vero Best Buy were all friendly and helpful, the appliances on the floor were of all poor quality. Every appliance was dinged or dirty. Some smelled like really bad meat. Like they were used and brought back. Crumbs still left over. I don't blame the customer service staff though. Again, they were prompt and helpful to find things as needed.

It's one of the nicest Best Buy stores I've been to. There are plenty of folks to help you. The store is clean and neat. Equipment isn't strewn all over like some I've been to.

Very few sales people to help you. Many shelves empty. It is not the same store from few years back. Sometimes you can get a good item on sale but the store just seems to he hanging on to stay in business.
