“In making the decision of whether to purchase an electric bicycle, I intentionally visited three other area Trek dealers a bit further away and then went to Orchid Island. This store (giving credit to Malcolm, my salesperson and the store's owner) is far ahead of the other stores in terms of guidance, time spent and sharing of electric bike knowledge. I am not saying the other stores were not good Trek dealers, but their approach was much more superficial. At Orchid, I had the opportunity to test ride the two models I was interested in. We explored different saddles and stems which would better suit my riding style (similar to my Trek FX 7.5). The store addressed delivery of the bike to me, and how I could have it picked up for service in the future. At the conclusion of my second visit, I made my decision both as to the bike and the store which will have my allegiance. It may not be the least expensive store, but the service based on my experience will be first class.”

To me, there’s no better place to take your Bike and have it fixed or find a quality bike there. They do it all. They are magicians. Super friendly. They knew right away what to do fixed it all right up I didn’t wait long at all. Super fair price. This IS the place to go for all Bicycle issues/ enthusiasts.”
