I had a very positive experience with Bill's TV. They were responsive and flexible in working with us to update old systems in our home, sometimes with new equipment and sometimes getting old equipment back to working order. Justin was very helpful and willing to work through the different options until we found the right balance. Cody did almost all the installation work and was creative in finding workarounds (when appropriate) to avoid throwing out old but still functioning components. Very nice people and I will use them again.

What an amazing job they Bill's TV & Audio Video Innovations did. I can't say enough good things about them. A+ service, on time, and so professional. I will use them again in the future.

I had Bill's install my Starlink system. We have no option for wired internet and the T-Mobile gateway was not reliable and pretty slow. Justin came out and identified a great spot for the dish, then Jonathan and Cody did the install. Everyone was so polite and efficient. They didn't leave any debris or trash, and the installation is neat and tidy. I am very pleased. I chose Bill's because my neighbor did the same thing with them and they were very satisfied. I also chose to have them install the system because you cannot get hold of a human at Starlink and Bill's will be able to help me if I need any assistance. It's pricey, but well worth it.

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. When the service tech left I called to tell the company that my system read that there was a speaker wire touching. The guy was rude and said " I can't make him go back " wires on the back of my receiver was everywhere. Not neat and professional

All I wanted was a satellite dish mounted on a pole. It took 5 days and 3 calls to get an estimate of the cost. They wanted $987.75. Ridiculous IMO.

Customer service is completely missing. From the front counter to the owner. I originally made a large purchase five years ago and the service wasn't the best but I felt it was because of employee turnover. So we gave them another chance this July and it has gotten worse. The owner is the worst of them all. I would give them Zero stars if I knew how to. The money spent in that store was over $20,000 so you can see it is not a cheap store. And customer service is really very inexpensive. Lesson learned by us. Don't do what we did.

If I could rate a zero (0) star I would. I have made numerous attempts over several years to call Bill's TV for repairs and / or service. To date, I have never made contact. Every time I call,I get a pre-recorded message stating, "All customer representatives are currently busy. ...leave a message & we'll call you back..." Thanks but no thanks. I want a live person. And note that this regardless of time of day. I try to support local businesses, but Bill's will not be it. If you can't even answer the phone then I can't imagine what the service is like.

I tried to surprise my mother with a new sound system in her house. I got an estimate from the company and was promised a date to for them to come while my mother was at work. I got a call that day saying they were unable to come because of other conflicting appointments. I rescheduled for 2 days later, I took time off of work to let the workers in. I was waiting for 3 hours after the time they were suppose to arrive not only did they not show up but they didn't call me I had to call them. I was given such a run around that I ended up going with a different company. DO NOT waste your money here.
