I've been shopping at this bookstore almost since the mall opened. Manager Lynn is amazing - she & her staff are always there to help find what you're looking for, and order it if not in stock. Employees make it feel like a small-town shop even though it's part of a corporate chain. Highly recommend.

It's so nice to see a real bookstore nowadays. Especially in a mall. I hope this mall recovers tenants and doesn't close.

Very nice store but extremely expensive. I kept comparing prices with Amazon and was shocked by how much they charge. There is no place to sit and read which is a big negative for me. Doubt if I'll be coming back.

What can I say? They have a million books to choose from. They have Funko POPs, manga, children’s, magazines, cook books, and more.

Once you've been to some of the real local bookstores here in IRC and basically anywhere throughout the world, places like Books-A-Million are just gross and uncomfortable. The people working there have no interest in reading, books, or the literary scene, they're utterly dispassionate and can't help you find anything that's not on their READ THIS CUZ THE ALGORITHM TOLD US ITS POPULAR shelf. There's never anything unique or interesting on the shelves, just the same basic junk that's plastered everywhere else, and at $17.99+ for a paperback or $35 for a hardcover these days, who would want a second mortgage just to read a new remake of 50 Shades of Grey from the point of view of the whip or Harry Potter from the perspective of the Sorting Hat.

Nice people. They engage you with thoughtful conservation. They would definitely benefit with a better location with increased foot traffic.

Really cute warm place. Many books, not as much as barnes & nobles obviously due to the size. But still a really cozy place with good appeal to young readers.

I love the brick and mortar book stores and BAM is one of the best. An amazing inventory and the very accommodating and knowledgeable staff make it even better!!

Who doesn't love books? I mean, other than the government.. wait, I didn't say that. No, no, Oceania has always been fighting..Anyway, what a great little spot to stop into when your at the Indian River mall.. or, just go there and walk around the mall after (my preferred method).

This store is the only reason I go to this mall, I hope they remain in business. Have shopped inside & also did an online order for a new release, picked up in store. Easy transaction friendly service.

Super nice customer service , wide selection of books to choose from and have awesome bookmarks to choose from that you normally wouldn’t see at name brand books stores
