I called this store today @10:15am a male pickup and I was trying to get my cell phone off tap mode and he literally hung up on me and then never picked up my calls after that. when a customer has a question/help
I shouldn't have to drive to Vero for the answer.. doubt I'll be with them much longer

Girl was busy and didn't answer all my questions. So I left and decided to go with T-Mobile. Glad I did, great service and lower phone plans.

Cashier was informative but I am frustrated that boost has plans you can only activate online. I went to the store to activate my SIM card but she couldn't with plan I wanted. It was a wasted trip and I do not plan to continue with boost mobile.

Unfortunately boost Mobile has changed hands. They are now owned by DirecTV / AT& T. All their features have been downgraded as far as I'm concerned. The reception is terrible and trying to get on the internet, it times out on you. I send a text and it's received 3 days later. I sent another text to somewhere else it was 12 hours later, they got it. Who needs a service, that doesn't provide good service. I understand if you're loyal customer, you can go down with the ship. But l, I bailed out. Thank God!!

The guy was knowledgeable and very helpful..even apologized 4 another carriers bad service( AT&T) which he didnt have 2 but was very kind 2 say.. as he seen me get frustrated with trying 2 get info i needed 2 switch my phone 2 Boost
