Cashier was informative but I am frustrated that boost has plans you can only activate online. I went to the store to activate my SIM card but she couldn't with plan I wanted. It was a wasted trip and I do not plan to continue with boost mobile.

Unfortunately boost Mobile has changed hands. They are now owned by DirecTV / AT& T. All their features have been downgraded as far as I'm concerned. The reception is terrible and trying to get on the internet, it times out on you. I send a text and it's received 3 days later. I sent another text to somewhere else it was 12 hours later, they got it. Who needs a service, that doesn't provide good service. I understand if you're loyal customer, you can go down with the ship. But l, I bailed out. Thank God!!

Helpful staff. Wanted to upgrade phone -- salesperson advised me to wait because the model I wanted to upgrade to was about to go on sale. He could have pushed me into a sale right then but was looking out for my best interests. When I do buy, it will be from this Boost Wireless store!
